Their customer service is absolute trash. They shipped my order using ONTRAC-- a regional shipping carrier so notoriously bad that I would not have ordered had I known that's who they used-- so of course I didn't get my order. I contacted customer service, and not only are they not helping me, but their representative "Fern" was *openly hostile* when I asked that someone actually help me instead of repeatedly sending me the exact same form letter.

Clothes are cheaply made and never fit right. They rip 30 minutes into wearing them. And when you try to return they first say they will offer you only part of what you paid and then they go back on that promise and wont give you any money back. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA.

Informs that shoes run “true to size;” but on arrival shoes are more than 2 sizes too small. Then, after paying shipping, informs that after paying return shipping, only “refund” is a useless store credit. I would leave 0 stars but it’s not an option.

Got A notice that my order was delivered, never got anything and contacted fashion nova headquarters and they were no help! I bought two dresses and still have nothing. No refund no dresses.. they suck never ordering from here again. I just lost money and there customer service is no help

There pants aren’t the correct sizing they fade after 1 wash they don’t have good costumer service I had to wait 40+ days to be notified that the item I was waiting on the most was not shipped and i had to wait an extra 12 days for return and yes i did email them multiple times after the first 12 days they basically wrote a bs email idc you didn’t get the leggings you’ll have to wait 12 more days for your money back their clothing is forever 21 over priced 🙄

I purchased several outfits from Fashion Nova, returned the ones that didn't fit (mind you I paid $16 to ship it) and I have yet to receive a refund. No one answered the phone and no one will get back with me on the status of the return. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA.

If you dont mind losing your money, time, and sanity, order from Fashion Nova. You will basically get the run around when (not if) but when you havent recieved your package after ordering weeks in advance. Once you decide to call and email after multiple times and decide to threaten with reporting them ,then you recieve an answer or your order will get shipped. Oh mind you, I have paid for 2 day shipping multiple times only to recieve my orders weeks later. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go somewhere else. Im trying to save you from the headache and money loss!!!

I bought a dress it was a hole in the sleeve and in the front of the dress the thread was all gathered together. This was my first time ordering and my experience was not good. I think you all should look the merchandise over before you ship it out to customers.

DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!!! STORE AND ONLINE CREDIT ONLY... CLOTHES ARE CUT SMALL...RUN...FOREVER 21 AND H&M ARE MUCH BETTER!!!

I like the staff but there customer service is horrible, it is hard to return and if you do you will never get your money back. They are not professional in dealing with customers. I will never shop with them. Windsor store has similar things and way better service that is my change to.

YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL,CALL AND CALL TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURNS. They dont honor their company policy on returns unless you call, have order #, exact names of items you're returning and talk to several different people.

Without even hearing of this company, I received an email about my newly activated account. How can that be when I never signed up for this? Most places require you to click on a confirmation email to be certain it was you that signed up for the account. When I emailed them, they said there was no way to delete an account. Seriously? How is that even possible? If they ever try to charge me for anything, they will have serious issues on their hands!

The front pocket is sewn into the seam so I can’t put anything in it and it is uncomfortable. At first they offered a refund but then sent me another email saying I won’t be getting the refund.

I placed an order on the 5th of January. I received an alert saying I would receive my order on the 7th. I was excited at how fast I would receive my products. Here it is the 29th and I still haven't received anything. I went online to track the order and it said that it was being returned to sender because they didn't put my name on the package. Emailed Fashion Nova several times and they said they cannot do anything until they receive the package. 3 weeks later No credit to my account, No email, No nothing. Finally googled a contact number spoke to someone and told me I had to put in a claim with USPS because they still have yet to receive my package. So I put the claim in and it was approved 2 days later and FN still haven't credited my account, Long story short. Fashion Nova sucks. Once I use my credit and pray i receive my package I am never ordering from them again

I ordered a jumpsuit when I received it it was too small I returned it fashion nova gave me a gift card I can only use on their website, I ordered the same jumpsuit in a bigger size they never send it. No one wants to talk to me about my money that I worked so hard for

I ordered from fashion nova on two separate occasions. The first experience was ok but not the best. I purchased two jump suits. One was fine but the other checker jump suit wasnot. The black ink bled onto the white ink. I didnot request a return but instead went to the website and reviewed the item to receive 20% off my next purchase. I then ordered from the company again. Two sweaters and a t shirt. I never received a tracking number nor did I get my package delivered after that review. Had been busy with work and finally at the end of the week looked up the phone number on the net and called. Anderson Cruz wasnot help full at all. I asked why didnot I receive a tracking number? He said my yahoo address was wrong by one letter. He had the tracking number and failed to provide it to me anyways. Said my package had been delivered. I thought my neighbors stole my package and made a stink. But now after reading the reviews . I was suspicious of this company from the because how they handle my account . I felt lied to and robbed. The reviews here for sure confirms that this company is a rip off.

I would not even give them one star, but I don't show a ➖. I ordered shoes for my mom in November and never received them, but they didn't have an issue with taking my monies. I have not been able to contact them and have never received my good. Shame on them to get rich off individuals and they don't produce. It's a shame they are still in business.

Fashion Nova is all cool & favorited until your package gets delayed, you need to return something, or you’re trying to contact them. Customer service is HORRIBLE! No exaggeration. I had an order that was delayed like twice. I bought two birthday outfits early enough but did not get them on time because of the delays. I contacted them to see how I can return the items when it got here. It took me forever to get a hold of them. It got to the point where I had to call them as soon as they opened, and even then, I would be placed on hold for a good thirty minutes. THIS makes NO sense at all. If I didn’t call within the first hour or two, I would go to voicemail... even when they were open....After I got a hold of them they told me I could just “return the package back to its sender”. I did this and y’all... two months passed... three months passed and I still did not get any refund for my items. I talked to a store representative to get my full refund instead of store credit and they said it was okay because I had no control over my delayed order. It took three months for them to send me back my money. And although they even promised the shipping money back too because I did pay fast shipping, they never sent it. I talked to MULTIPLE people that said they placed an order for me to get my full refund... They were all unprofessional and sounded so unsure & hesitant. The first did nothing, the second said he would do so but the third told me that person just gave me store credit which is not what I was promised. The third person hung up on me, and the fourth finally gave me a refund but promised that the shipping money would be back in my account within the week but that didn’t happen. I just stopped contacting them after that. I gave up. For an order that was late on their part, an order that I sent back unopened, it took forever to just send me a full refund. Last time I will be shopping here. Getting my money back shouldn’t have taken litterally 3 months!!

Fashion nova their customer service are very poor . I call them because my package was sent back to the vendor; as per tracking number USPS. I emailed them multiple times NO respond , finally google their number . I called them. Long story short the agent was unhelpful. When I was asking her a questions I felt like she was mute ; the phone on and off I wasn’t able to heard her well . After all , all I heard was as soon the items reach to the vendor you will be reimbursed back (money 💰 $) I ask again she said yes . Usually they always wants to give stores credit. But this is NOT the first. This is the 2nd times:last time I did not rate them because I thought it was a one time mistaken now I know.At end I ask for her name she said it so fast Blanca or vanca ; I did ask again and she did the same . She was annoying and didn’t care to assist me . I hope they reimbursed me back because is NOT 20 dollars I purchase over 100 dollar . Fashion move I am not a fake customer as you probably think .my email ended with 918@gmail.com and I made the called today 1/25/2019 around 2:50pm or 2:54 pm
