I ordered from fashion nova on two separate occasions. The first experience was ok but not the best. I purchased two jump suits. One was fine but the other checker jump suit wasnot. The black ink bled onto the white ink. I didnot request a return but instead went to the website and reviewed the item to receive 20% off my next purchase. I then ordered from the company again. Two sweaters and a t shirt. I never received a tracking number nor did I get my package delivered after that review. Had been busy with work and finally at the end of the week looked up the phone number on the net and called. Anderson Cruz wasnot help full at all. I asked why didnot I receive a tracking number? He said my yahoo address was wrong by one letter. He had the tracking number and failed to provide it to me anyways. Said my package had been delivered. I thought my neighbors stole my package and made a stink. But now after reading the reviews . I was suspicious of this company from the because how they handle my account . I felt lied to and robbed. The reviews here for sure confirms that this company is a rip off.

I would not even give them one star, but I don't show a ➖. I ordered shoes for my mom in November and never received them, but they didn't have an issue with taking my monies. I have not been able to contact them and have never received my good. Shame on them to get rich off individuals and they don't produce. It's a shame they are still in business.

Fashion Nova is all cool & favorited until your package gets delayed, you need to return something, or you’re trying to contact them. Customer service is HORRIBLE! No exaggeration. I had an order that was delayed like twice. I bought two birthday outfits early enough but did not get them on time because of the delays. I contacted them to see how I can return the items when it got here. It took me forever to get a hold of them. It got to the point where I had to call them as soon as they opened, and even then, I would be placed on hold for a good thirty minutes. THIS makes NO sense at all. If I didn’t call within the first hour or two, I would go to voicemail... even when they were open....After I got a hold of them they told me I could just “return the package back to its sender”. I did this and y’all... two months passed... three months passed and I still did not get any refund for my items. I talked to a store representative to get my full refund instead of store credit and they said it was okay because I had no control over my delayed order. It took three months for them to send me back my money. And although they even promised the shipping money back too because I did pay fast shipping, they never sent it. I talked to MULTIPLE people that said they placed an order for me to get my full refund... They were all unprofessional and sounded so unsure & hesitant. The first did nothing, the second said he would do so but the third told me that person just gave me store credit which is not what I was promised. The third person hung up on me, and the fourth finally gave me a refund but promised that the shipping money would be back in my account within the week but that didn’t happen. I just stopped contacting them after that. I gave up. For an order that was late on their part, an order that I sent back unopened, it took forever to just send me a full refund. Last time I will be shopping here. Getting my money back shouldn’t have taken litterally 3 months!!

Fashion nova their customer service are very poor . I call them because my package was sent back to the vendor; as per tracking number USPS. I emailed them multiple times NO respond , finally google their number . I called them. Long story short the agent was unhelpful. When I was asking her a questions I felt like she was mute ; the phone on and off I wasn’t able to heard her well . After all , all I heard was as soon the items reach to the vendor you will be reimbursed back (money 💰 $) I ask again she said yes . Usually they always wants to give stores credit. But this is NOT the first. This is the 2nd times:last time I did not rate them because I thought it was a one time mistaken now I know.At end I ask for her name she said it so fast Blanca or vanca ; I did ask again and she did the same . She was annoying and didn’t care to assist me . I hope they reimbursed me back because is NOT 20 dollars I purchase over 100 dollar . Fashion move I am not a fake customer as you probably think .my email ended with 918@gmail.com and I made the called today 1/25/2019 around 2:50pm or 2:54 pm

I can't talk to a real person. I was unable to update the order seconds after placing it (I accidentally ordered the wrong size). The dress was thin and see through even though the picture made it seem like it was made of good material. I had to return the dress, but they will not refund my bank account, they gave me credit to their website instead.

Definitely no star. The Customer service is horrible and they really don't care about your issue. I'm going to dispute the charges before it's too late and they just take my money. They Do not help resolve anything. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY. The sizes are all wrong and the reviews are always positive which isn't even true. Keep your money and go make your purchase elsewhere

I ordered only 3 Items from them: 2 Jeans & 1 Shirt. After about 4 Days, I emailed them to ask where is my Tracking Number. A Guy emailed me back asking for my Order Number, Address, Name on Order & Email. Maybe 4 Hours passed then I got an Email saying that my Money is being Refunded back to me. I was shocked because I never cancelled nor said I didn't want it! I just asked a question. I had been waiting on my Clothes & this was disrespectful to me. My first time ever ordering from them & I will NEVER order from them again! #Unprofessional

I'm done shopping from fashionova...I accidentally order some items without adding a coupon...contacted them to cancel the order..they said nothing can be done since they cant edit or change...or cancel my order and if I'm not satisfied I can return the items and they will issue a gift card...I dont want a gift card ..i need my money on my credit card Fashionova has the worse customer service...really need to do better

When they send mis-sewn, damaged or defective items the buyer only has TWO DAYS after delivery to report it then the buyer is responsible for all associated costs--including return shipping. So they slack in quality control because they dont assume any responsibility for it. And they dont issure refunds for anything ever. buyer beware

My daughter bought 3 leggings 2 out of 3 where already damaged. She was a couple days out of town so when she opened her package saw it was damaged I send them a email. They won’t refund her damaged item, they told her she can get 30% of next purchase

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I've ordered from them on a few occasions with minor hiccups but after my latest experience I never will again. They don’t care about their customers and refuse to acknowledge and reimburse people even when the company flat out lies, ignores you and refuses to acknowledge their own mistakes. To make a very long story as short as possible—I placed two orders back to back in October, one with 2-day shipping and the other with standard 3-7 day shipping. They didn't tell me at checkout that there would be a delay due to them switching distribution centers (would have been nice to know this beforehand). After the fact they posted a notice saying orders would be delayed up to 10 days. More than 10 days passed and I received no information, no estimated shipping date, nothing. I emailed them TWICE to ask about my orders and never received an answer. A number of other customers complained on social media and eventually they sent out a generic email literally stating that if my order didn't ship in 10 days, they would issue me an automatic refund. More than 10 days passed, no refund—so then I go ahead and request a refund manually. I receive no type of message regarding the refund, whether it was confirmed or denied. Then almost 2 weeks after I requested the refund, they ship out my items. I had to get in contact with them through Twitter (because they ignored my emails) and after going back and forth with a representative they finally agreed to give me a one-time refund for the items (their normal policy is store credit). I ship the items back and weeks go by with no notification of the refund being processed. I email them (and this time they do respond) and even though I have confirmation from UPS saying the items were delivered within a few days, they say there's no record of them being received. After providing them with additional information I guess they magically located the items and I was finally able to get a refund for the items I ordered (by this point it's January). In all my messages I told them I was also expecting to be reimbursed for the $40 return shipping charge I had to pay, because based on an email from THEIR OWN COMPANY (that I provided record of), the items should have never been shipped in the first place (because I should have received the automatic refund). They pretty much tried to ignore this part of my complaint until I kept bringing it up, and then said they can only give me store credit up to $10. So let me get this straight...your company lies about shipping dates, ignores my emails, lies about giving customers an automatic refund, ships unwanted items to me anyway, argues with me about refunding me my money back, somehow loses my return package, and now when I ask to be reimbursed for a charge that is purely your company’s fault, you give me a $10 gift card? Unbelievable. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! It seems like it's all good until they mess up your order (and it WILL happen inevitably…I used to think otherwise until my own experience). I could never spend another penny on a company that flat out deceives its customers and treats them this way. I'd rather pay a little extra at a company that actually respects the people keeping them in business.

If I could I would rate them 0 stars! My first purchased was a jumpsuit. When I received it, it was too long and big on my waste so I decided to send it back. When I called they said they can not refund me my money but that they can send me a gift card with the amount I payed minus the shipping. Then they proceed to tell me in order to send the item back I would have to also pay the shipping. Okay that’s fine so I did so. Then I received my gift card through email and decided to go and buy something from there website. Wen I put my gift card in formation I’m guessing it did not go through because since I had my debt card on file it took that instead. So I immediately called my bank to cancel this transaction and I went ahead again and made the same purchase except this tome using my gift card. When I called fashion nova to let them know they informed me that I. An refuse the package or intercept the package but either way they would not refund my money back that they would be sending another gift card! This shop is ridiculous! They need better service on how to accommodate people for the money they are spending at their stores!! First and last experience with them!

Everything went wrong. Before you even shop, read the fine print and their horrible return policies. Virtually no customer service, hefty restocking and other fees, 48 hours to notify them of any issues. WHAT? Never again!! Buyer beware.

They never refund my money on two different orders separate occasions and they have a rep that always emails by the name of Jose Trinidad that plays games with customers and gives them the run around.. i will be doing chargebacknon all my purchases
