FASHION NOVA SUCKS!!!! They literally do 40% off sales & change the quality of the clothes to the cheapest quality possible!! Youre better off ordering on wish!!!!

I ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time about a week ago. I got delivery confirmation that my package had arrived and when I got home, it was not there. When I called, I was told that I had to file a claim with the US Postal Service and that they're no longer responsible for the package. While I understand reaching out to my local post office, it is both unfair and illogical for them to just state that they're no longer responsible. IF that's the case, why not send packages in a more secure way? Most places will offer a refund or offer to replace the item. I'm out $23 bucks and it has been a suckish first time experience. I will NEVER order from this company again!

Never received my order , and they said they will refund my money and they never did they just kept the 60 dlls . Call them and no answer never buying again from fashion nova

The worse store ever and to top it off the worse return policy there could be. If you buy a sale item on line you cannot return it in store like really!!! Isn’t this the same owner or is a scam to steal people’s money. This ridiculous policy is making people spent their time and money something that is so valuable now in days.. Watch what you purchase on line because that’s how they get you if something doesn’t fit, you won’t be able to return it in store!!

i had never bought off fashionova so i decided to check it out i saw a lot of cute bikinis.. so i ordered one. & when i got it, it was MOST DEFINITELY NOT what i thought i was getting. then i email them telling them how cheaply made this bikini was & i am never ever going to wear it & i want my money back. what they said is “no returns on items ending in .97 .98 & .99. so now i’m stuck w this bathingsuit i’ve only ever TRIED on. & i paid 45 dollars for it. i will NEVER shop w fashionova ever again. & i get so mad seeing all this good stuff ab it. it’s not good & it shouldn’t even be a thing.

I wish i could put 0 for the review They have no customer service. Ingrid and aj was very rude and disrespectful. They send my order twice to the wrong address. I asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager was unavailable the 5 times i called. They were even laughing in back while i was on the phone. These people are very unprofessional and am sorry i spend my money here.

I never ordered fashion nova before and I was excited to try it. I ordered around $140 worth of clothes and they said I would get a email for confirmation. I never got an email and the order wasn’t even on my fashion nova account. I figured I messed something up so I ordered again the same items and it happened again! I tried emailing them and calling them but it says they will get back to me in about 3 days! And it charged my bank account both times but refunded my money at the same time. I don’t understand why they would cancel my order twice and from what I’ve read on the reviews I doubt I will even be able to get ahold of them. Thank goodness they at least returned my money. But obviously my orders were correctly filled out because they did enter my bank account. Horrible experience and I hope I can fix it . Super disappointed because I love the clothes.

I purchased a cute jumpsuit . When it arrived and I tried it on, it had a bad zipper! Your return policy is definitely a fraud! A 50% restocking fee? Ridiculous!! I will definitely never shop here again!! 👎🏾

I honestly love the clothes but one of the 9 dresses I ordered was just too tight. I called to exchange. They said that it was a final sale object. I said nothing indicated it was final sale not even the receipt in the bag. She said it the price end in .99 and .98 it’s final sale. So I went to the new arrivals section and saw that every thing ended in .99 brand new collections are listed as final sale. I did this on the phone with her and she yes the new arrivals are final sale!!! Ugh!!! I disputed it with PayPal and got my money back!! If just had a normal exchange and return policy and where more honest on there website I d be a loyal customer. ASOS has a way better model. I rather give there company my money! The only reason I stopped on there site was the 40% off sale

Do not buy from here, no return policy, if you return then no money back, only couple dollars for store credit, avoid this website!!!!expensive shipping! Horrible

I am a frequent shopper on fashion nova, love there clothes and there deals but there return policy is total BS, along with there cancellation policy, so do t make a mistake cause your totally screwed. When I returned my items for a credit they misplaced my return even though I submitted the card they send just in case you want to return, so when I asked them to see if they could track it by address they no and there’s nothing else they can do for me. This will be last order with them, I’d rather shop where return policies are more accommodating to customers and not consumers. The one star was for there awesome styles.

Super disappointed I had the WORST experience. First the sizing is way off and the quality is what you would expect from getting your clothes from China, cheap fabrics and crazy sizing. Instagram inspired me to buy and what a mistake. First there are no refunds! Final sale items are not clearly marked when you are ordering. It took 2 weeks longer to arrive than it should have. Then, when I returned the items, they sent me they took two weeks longer than advertised as well. I called twice to check on it and they said they would send it today and they never did. When I finally received the gift card, all of the amounts were incorrect, they gave me half of what I paid. I called and emailed 4 times to fix and sent them emails, each person said they would fix it today and this and gave them almost a week in between to process it and send it! 4 times they did not send it again!!!! I am literally calling them right now for the fifth time to resolve this, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

There customers service sucks. They are rude and Unhelpful. The delivery was at the wrong address and I had to pick up the package my self.

If i could give -5 stars i would. There customer service is horrendous. They focus more on their online presence than actually establishing a customer friendly , good quality company. I called four times and was met with representatives who make it seem like assisting a customer is tedious. They placed an order with out a confirmation by giving a code to my phone without me even giving them my information. When i tried cancelling the order a second after it was placed by then they hung up on me and said they couldn’t help. Worst place ever. If you like low quality and poor customer service than this is your store

On the 2-4-19 I ordered 1 Large by my side white Joggers suit I ordered a Large Yellow Boss Baby Hoodie I ordered the OG Royal Blue Velvet Lounge Set Large I also ordered a pair of size 5 Dark Body moves ankle Jean. In which I didn’t receive any of these Items. Instead I received a Haute Monde Young contemporary jacket, a bozzolo polyester dress, and a pair of classics high waisted skinny jeans. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided and hopefully SOON you all can resolve this issue. I understand that we all make errors. However in the business and because of the name of the brand. I expect a bit more from you all. Please for future reference provide a phone contact number so your customer can reach you. I hope to have the items I ordered soon. Thank you.
