The customer service is absolutely horrific, so if you order from this website, you better hope there are. no issues with your order.

Ordered an active set but when it arrived the leg had a crooked seam. Sent an email with a pic and got an automated email back saying they received my email and will get back to me. 3 days passes and no response so I send the email again and they respond saying my picture wasn't clear enough. I took more pics sent another email then just decided to call. I'm offered a return shipping label and a refund but was never sent the shipping label. So I call again this time they tell me they don't do refunds or shipping labels so they will send me a gift card. I get an email with the gift card and go to fashionnova.com and the gift card is coming up as invalid. So I email them a screen shot but still no reply, so I call and give them my order number wait on hold and then finally get another email with a gift card code that works. It took 1 hour and half to deal with their horrible customer service. I will never ever buy Fashion Nova again. They appear to be a great company on social media but in reality they're screwing people over. Glad to see that others experienced the same problems as I did. Only a matter of time before everyone has had a bad fashion nova experience.

Worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered a package and paid overnight shipping for it. Two days went by and I hadn’t even been notified that it had been shipped, so I called customer service, as their main advertising says they ship in less than 24 hours. I was told that they were backed up and I would have my order by the end of the week. Okay? So I asked for a refund on my overnight shipping. They gave me a gift card for the amount. The end of the week came and went—still no package. I called, and someone said it was processing and would be sent the next day. So I waited. Still no email, and then that time came and went. Then I get an email saying the shipping address I put is wrong, when it is not. So I call, talk to someone who tells me it was their error. Two weeks later after my initial order, after being in contact with someone almost every day, I go on my account to look at my order and it has disappeared, like it was never there. But I was still charged for my order. So I call her again to see what is going on, and they said there is a ‘tracking’ error so my order is cancelled. I received NO notification of this being cancelled, even though I talked to someone the day before and again was told it would ship in 24 hours. This is probably the biggest waste of time and money I have ever been through in my life. They also told me that I would receive a refund in ten days. What? So basically, if I hadn’t called to see why it disappeared, they would have never given me a refund yet still charged me. Bs.

Bad customer service and false advertising they always claim to have overnight shipping but when you pay $20 for overnight shipping it still takes 4days for item to come and also when you want to return items they only want to give you a gift card and not your cash back.

I’m so sad and upset about my order. When I placed my order, I realized I forgot to put my apt number (usually with big companies you can edit shipping address as long as it’s not process yet). I immediately emailed them(since that’s the only way to contact them) stating the issue and adding my apt number. They replied stating that they could not add my apt number and I would have to wait until the shipping label gives me a carrier and I could call the carrier. (Which I think is insane). I figured since it was through my post office, they would just leave it at the apt office (I even notified my apt office), next thing you know my package goes from out to delivery to next day deliever to ship back to California. I emailed them asking what’s going to happen since I know this was my mistake. They said they would process the item back and give me a refund WITHOUT the shipping which I PAYED FOR. I’m speechless. I’m so bummed that I will never order from here again. I think the idea that you can’t edit or change your address is ridiculous, the idea that you can only email them is ridiculous, and the idea that they won’t give me my entire money back is even more ridiculous. I’m super upset.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I placed an order in November, received it in two packages A MONTH LATER with an item missing from each package that I was charged for. I have been contacting customer service since the day the packages came in the mail, still have not received a refund. Customer service keeps offering 30% off, just keep your discount codes and give me my money back. I will never order again. TERRIBLE!

This company has given me the run-around. I opened an account, placed an order,paid for the order. When item came I had to return to pair of pants, attempted to login and received an error message that there was no such account...fashion nova sent emails to me on this same account. After no less that 15 twitter emails, at least 10 gmail's, I called customer service and was told that my items had been received by fashion Nova..8 explained the issue with my account and was told that fashion nova was having technical issues with their website and I would have to set up another account...did that...then was told they can only issue E gift card to the email that the order is attached to even after over 30 emails explaining to them .....so in the end the took my money and will not give it back....AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SITE.

I have to say, I really like their clothes but their customer service is terrible, there is no landline number to speak with someone, they only communicate thru email, on 3 different occasion I have had to send items back that they claim to have never received and 2 times I was sent the wrong items, they make you do a ridiculous paper trail and require you to produce 4 different types of receipts that you probably have thrown away (ie. return tracking number, picture of the return receipt, list of items returned and order number) most of this stuff was sent back with the items, then they will still make an excuse to not issue a refund... SMH

Becareful when ordering from this company their website is truly flawed I ordered from them twice and no problem the third time the discount code did not work which would of saved me over a hundred dollars I called them and they said there's nothing they can do to refund or give you the discount they know of the error on the app but will not do anything to fix it so I truly feel I've been robbed. I do not ever plan to order from this site again they don't take responsibility for those mistakes and we as customers have to suffer. I am contacting the better business bureau to let them know that this company knows it's robbing people and not doing anything to stop it... I thought this was a good company but truly I was wrong. Worst place ever,I order my dress from last week, they didn't ship I kept calling everyone have a different story,last minute they email to cancel order which link don't work,I called for order to cancel it's alot of running around,they are telling me to go out my way to send back package and get store credit, I don't want your stupid store credit ,even if clothes are 50cent I will never buy from you ppl ever again,you are a bunch of criminals only care about your self and never about the stress you put customers through. Thank you Fashionnova I promise to never buy from you, I get out my comfort zone and did this is my pay off.

I ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time about a week ago. I got delivery confirmation that my package had arrived and when I got home, it was not there. When I called, I was told that I had to file a claim with the US Postal Service and that they're no longer responsible for the package. While I understand reaching out to my local post office, it is both unfair and illogical for them to just state that they're no longer responsible. IF that's the case, why not send packages in a more secure way? Most places will offer a refund or offer to replace the item. I'm out $23 bucks and it has been a suckish first time experience. I will NEVER order from this company again!

The worse store ever and to top it off the worse return policy there could be. If you buy a sale item on line you cannot return it in store like really!!! Isn’t this the same owner or is a scam to steal people’s money. This ridiculous policy is making people spent their time and money something that is so valuable now in days.. Watch what you purchase on line because that’s how they get you if something doesn’t fit, you won’t be able to return it in store!!

i had never bought off fashionova so i decided to check it out i saw a lot of cute bikinis.. so i ordered one. & when i got it, it was MOST DEFINITELY NOT what i thought i was getting. then i email them telling them how cheaply made this bikini was & i am never ever going to wear it & i want my money back. what they said is “no returns on items ending in .97 .98 & .99. so now i’m stuck w this bathingsuit i’ve only ever TRIED on. & i paid 45 dollars for it. i will NEVER shop w fashionova ever again. & i get so mad seeing all this good stuff ab it. it’s not good & it shouldn’t even be a thing.

I wish i could put 0 for the review They have no customer service. Ingrid and aj was very rude and disrespectful. They send my order twice to the wrong address. I asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager was unavailable the 5 times i called. They were even laughing in back while i was on the phone. These people are very unprofessional and am sorry i spend my money here.

I never ordered fashion nova before and I was excited to try it. I ordered around $140 worth of clothes and they said I would get a email for confirmation. I never got an email and the order wasn’t even on my fashion nova account. I figured I messed something up so I ordered again the same items and it happened again! I tried emailing them and calling them but it says they will get back to me in about 3 days! And it charged my bank account both times but refunded my money at the same time. I don’t understand why they would cancel my order twice and from what I’ve read on the reviews I doubt I will even be able to get ahold of them. Thank goodness they at least returned my money. But obviously my orders were correctly filled out because they did enter my bank account. Horrible experience and I hope I can fix it . Super disappointed because I love the clothes.

I purchased a cute jumpsuit . When it arrived and I tried it on, it had a bad zipper! Your return policy is definitely a fraud! A 50% restocking fee? Ridiculous!! I will definitely never shop here again!! 👎🏾
