“Bought a few items from fashionnova. I was very satisfied with the quality of the material and the fast delivery, however two of the items that I bought were not true to size and I needed to return for larger size. If i had to make a complaint about anything, it would be that Fashionnova does not offer free return shipping. So the $14 pair o pants I bought actually cost me $17 in shipping. There are too many other stores ( often not as big of a company as fashionnova) that offer free shipping as a convenience to it's customers. The shipping itself cost me more than the total of any individual item I bought which means Im actually losing money by buying there in the event that something doesnt fit quite right. Honestly, I think fashionnova makes too much money as a company for this to be an issue. Maybe if they scaled back paying all these celebrities to pretend to be wearing and buying their clothes on a regular basis, they would be able to invest that money into offering return shipping for the customers who are actually buying their products and keeping them in business.”

“I am a frequent shopper on fashion nova, love there clothes and there deals but there return policy is total BS, along with there cancellation policy, so do t make a mistake cause your totally screwed. When I returned my items for a credit they misplaced my return even though I submitted the card they send just in case you want to return, so when I asked them to see if they could track it by address they no and there’s nothing else they can do for me. This will be last order with them, I’d rather shop where return policies are more accommodating to customers and not consumers. The one star was for there awesome styles.”

“Super disappointed I had the WORST experience. First the sizing is way off and the quality is what you would expect from getting your clothes from China, cheap fabrics and crazy sizing. Instagram inspired me to buy and what a mistake. First there are no refunds! Final sale items are not clearly marked when you are ordering. It took 2 weeks longer to arrive than it should have. Then, when I returned the items, they sent me they took two weeks longer than advertised as well. I called twice to check on it and they said they would send it today and they never did. When I finally received the gift card, all of the amounts were incorrect, they gave me half of what I paid. I called and emailed 4 times to fix and sent them emails, each person said they would fix it today and this and gave them almost a week in between to process it and send it! 4 times they did not send it again!!!! I am literally calling them right now for the fifth time to resolve this, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!”

“If i could give -5 stars i would. There customer service is horrendous. They focus more on their online presence than actually establishing a customer friendly , good quality company. I called four times and was met with representatives who make it seem like assisting a customer is tedious. They placed an order with out a confirmation by giving a code to my phone without me even giving them my information. When i tried cancelling the order a second after it was placed by then they hung up on me and said they couldn’t help. Worst place ever. If you like low quality and poor customer service than this is your store”

“well i thought i would try it out and ordered 3 pc outfit but a large is really a small in china.. and a medium is probable a really small large.. so if you large get xl or 1 x because how you going to fit big chest big but in a reg large ... was not happy that you cant get refund and that they don't give you back for shipping but you have to pay to ship to and to receive ... a billion dollar company and they cant meet you half way .”

“On the 2-4-19 I ordered 1 Large by my side white Joggers suit I ordered a Large Yellow Boss Baby Hoodie I ordered the OG Royal Blue Velvet Lounge Set Large I also ordered a pair of size 5 Dark Body moves ankle Jean. In which I didn’t receive any of these Items. Instead I received a Haute Monde Young contemporary jacket, a bozzolo polyester dress, and a pair of classics high waisted skinny jeans. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided and hopefully SOON you all can resolve this issue. I understand that we all make errors. However in the business and because of the name of the brand. I expect a bit more from you all. Please for future reference provide a phone contact number so your customer can reach you. I hope to have the items I ordered soon. Thank you.”

“Never again will I ever buy from fashion nova. I order $75 worth of clothes they were all large and they didn’t fit. Not only didn’t the clothes fit but the material is shitty. I returned the clothes on nov 27 and I haven’t gotten a email that they would give store credit or anything. Don’t buy from fashion nova.”

“So I made a number of purchases with this company over a month long period. Some items are ok and others are poorly made or run small. This company by far has the worst customer service department when you return items they claim that the item was filled out incorrectly and state they need a tracking number but they still drag their feet in issuing you credit because they don't do refunds. Also, you have to watch your order that when you are supposed to get free shipping they charge you for it. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else to order from.”

“Purchase came within just a few days. I would suggest reading reviews and looking at sizing charts on each item before ordering. I would also suggest looking up coupon codes as there are always a million online. Overall the item quality is just amazing. I absolutely love the quality and cut. They have so many cropped clothing designs and thats my favorite thing ever so i was so happy to see all of that. Great experience, I would completely recommend.”

“I wish I could write zero stars for this website. I placed an order through PayPal. Side note: always use PayPal when shopping online so you're protected from Scam companies. After placing it I never received a confirmation email which is common. Being that this is the second time this occurred with this site for me I decided I'd wait a day and get back to them. I emailed and not only could they not locate my order after taking my money. They kept repeatedly asking me for an order number I could not provide due to the fact they never sent me an order number. It wasn't even showing under my account I have with them online. But it was showing the money being taken from my bank account! I am going to miss ordering from them but this past experience has sent me over the edge. Why am I having to hunt down an order? Maybe its because they just had a HUGE 40% off flash sale and its all a gimmick to get our hard earned money. I tried calling after two days worth of emails didn't work and was left on hold for ten minutes. Clearly a money grabbing scheme. Hey Jesus Amaya, you're an imbecile!”

“Their customer service is absolute trash. They shipped my order using ONTRAC-- a regional shipping carrier so notoriously bad that I would not have ordered had I known that's who they used-- so of course I didn't get my order. I contacted customer service, and not only are they not helping me, but their representative "Fern" was *openly hostile* when I asked that someone actually help me instead of repeatedly sending me the exact same form letter.”

“Clothes are cheaply made and never fit right. They rip 30 minutes into wearing them. And when you try to return they first say they will offer you only part of what you paid and then they go back on that promise and wont give you any money back. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA.”

“Informs that shoes run “true to size;” but on arrival shoes are more than 2 sizes too small. Then, after paying shipping, informs that after paying return shipping, only “refund” is a useless store credit. I would leave 0 stars but it’s not an option.”
