“Grubhub is the worst food delivery app of all time! I don't know if they schedule drivers to stop at multiple locations at once but more often than not my food has arrived cold! They never want to help you either or credit you a refund. I'm abolishing this app for good!”

“I ordered a nice steak and Salmon meal for my 86 year old father in law and his elderly wife. They live in assisted living and the food isnt great. First time using grub hub. We got a call from my father inlaw that no food showed up. Then we started calling. After a half hour, we found out the order was picked up at the restaurant but then disappeared. grubhub said the order was canceled. What? The resaurant made the food and it was picked up. I asked who picked it up. No answer. Got a very confusing explanation from grubhub. Will never use again. They don't track anything, no accountability. We received a refund but our elderly parents got nothing. Inexcusable. Horrible business model. How hard is it to track a delivery.”

“Every SINGLE time the order is obnoxiously late bc the driver is making multiple orders AND the order is usually wrong and/or missing items. Grubhub doesn’t care at all—they are just rolling in the $$$. What a con!”

“We ordered a meal for our housebound elderly parents that live in assisted-living. The meal was picked up, but never delivered and canceled. All GrubHub would tell us is the meal was canceled by the restaurant. The restaurant said it was picked up by GrubHub. Somebody got a free meal and my elderly parents didn’t get their dinner. Completely unacceptable. We will never use GrubHub again.”

“Delivery time changed there times. Then went to track order, it still wasn't picked up. Don't make promises you can't Delivery. You put your five dollar credit where the sun Don't shine”

“Placed an order on Grubhub the driver accepted the order and waited about an hour without completing the order and canceled. A second driver took the order and picked it up but the food had been under a warmer and was horrible. Contacted Grubhub for a refund and they offered 10$ credit on a 40$ order that was garbage. Will not use grubhub again!”

“Of the past 5 orders, 2 were cancelled, 2 were delivered to the wrong address. There must be no training for drivers. The least the company could do is to PROVIDE, for free, an accurate gps app to their drivers. Utterly stupid business model.”

“Orders are consistently an hour or more later than promised time. I have never had an order delivered on time. If drivers are not available do not promise delivery in certain time frames. A $5 credit is not acceptable for cold food delivered an hour late.”

“THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANY. I ordered few times from them and they steal your food and never deliver it . They are known for stealing . Then they offer you a credit and don’t want to issue a refund. In order to get a refund you have to file a dispute. It’s the only way. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN”

“Place order for delivery but mistaking set for pick up instead. Called right away and was told to call merchant. Merchant said they cannot cancel but to call back to grubhub. Called Grubhub again she said merchant won’t cancel. Why tip 20% if they won’t even deliver. Will not use Grubhub again”

“I have Grubhub+ Membership (FREE) through Amazon Prime. I have had a number of orders not delivered, cancelled or extremely late. I am done. I deleted the app and will no longer use them. Period. End of story.”

“Grubhub sucks. Do not use it! My orders have been cancelled twice on two separate occasions. The first one was shown as dropped off at the neighbor's house, wasn't even there at all. The second time my food kept getting delayed and the driver was hanging around anywhere but the store. Two hours of waiting while being hungry and nothing. Both were cancelled. Will not be using Grubhub again. Do better.”

“What a great offer I thought from Lyft... Grubhub discounts included. SO WRONG. Vacationing in Hawaii, and ordered dessert for my daughter after a long day out. Another wrong move. What was to be 20 minutes, turned into 1.5 hours. Driver did come in without signaling she had arrived. Took picture of dessert, looked around, and then took the dessert with her. Minutes later sending me text that she had delivered it. Customer service is not a thing for Grubhub. Needless to say, this shady driver will continue to do this to others to come, as they could care less when reported. And to see my 1 star matches all others reviews, seals the deal.”

“The delivery was extremely disappointing. The delivery person left my food outside on the side of the building in the rain. It is a business, with a receptionist. An animal could have drug my bag of food away. This is why I do not tip at checkout. I tip when my food is delivered to me! It was the most horrible feeling in the world to get my food off the ground.”

“Absolutely horrible company. Ordered food ONE TIME at a ballgame, and despite repeatedly refusing their membership, they put through a charge on my credit card and now say they can't reverse it because I'm not in their system. Disputing through the bank and closing the credit card account entirely to stop them from continuing to fraudulently charge me for a service I never signed up and can get from Amazon Prime free of charge anyway. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR 'ONE TIME' OFFER UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO REVERSE THEIR BOGUS MEMBERSHIP FEES! What a scam.”
