“Grub hub drivers leave you food outside of Apt outside. They are rude and don’t follow instructions and than Customer Service blame you. Should look at who you hire as a driver. You hire any one as long as they have a car and a license. Rate you 1 out of 5. Poor Never use grub hub again. Use another service”

“Dear Grubhub, Food should be handed off to a person. Setting food outside on the ground is against any kind of food etiquette. 35 years in the food industry and rule 1: never put food on the ground.”

“Really deserves negative 5 rating. They are unscrupulous- don’t honor promos and refuse to fix it. Orders are incorrect -I feel sorry for people that have to work there. Screwedme out of $18-did chat & phone call with supervisor. Don’t use them!”

“You guys are worst then slavery Tony Xu is gonna run you guys into the ground. I’m gonna persuade everyone I can to drive foor doordash they guarantee you $15-$20 per hour. The two orders you sent me are beyond low. I’m posting them to my social media to show people that you guys really expect people to use there cars to deliver $2 & $3 orders. How are you suppose to make money. Society can even live off of $10 per hour”

“This site is awful, they are always late and the orders are delayed because the driver picked up a bunch of orders at a time. I do not recommend this service”

“1st off they they showed my order on the way, but then it showed at the restaurant. 2hours later the driver sent me a picture showing he delivered. But there was no bag in the picture, plus it wasn't even my house. Called Grubhub to complain and they only refunded my money, but refused to give me anything for my inconvenience.”

“I watched the driver on the GH app wandering around near where we live but never getting on the right street. I chatted with customer service to see if they could help but they just offered me $5 off my next order. @ 30 minutes later CS called and accused me of entering the wrong delivery address and then cancelled my order. My address was correct on the app, the driver had her head in the wrong place or a broken GPS. By that time I was VERY hungry and VERY angry. Never order from grubHub!!!”

“The only good about Grub Hub is the fact that you get food from favorite places. Unfortunately, the food is always delivered cold. You place the order and your driver has other orders way on the other side of town. By the time you get your order, it's ice cold. Don’t ever order pizza through grub hub. Basically better off driving and getting it yourself. I also noticed additional fees they recently added on. It’s such a rip off ordering with GH. I’m done with Grub Hub. I’ve spent all I want for cold food through them.”

“They are awful a complete waste of time.Their customer service is terrible.They kept transferring me to different people.To all tell me the same thing, making me think that they were gonna help me.Instead, they made me sit there and waste 45 minutes of my life to get nowhere and tell me that I can't combine my credits.It's ridiculous and stupid”

“Ordered online and gave tip online with order. Site said I would receive updates on delivery. NO UPDATES RECEIVED. After an hour, I checked outside and found Pizza on bench. Driver did NOT knock or ring bell to advise of delivery. Pizza was COLD. I bet if I had not given tip online the driver would have rung bell to get their tip. A shame a wonderful pizza ruined by GrubHubs poor service. Won't use GrubHub again.”

“I was charged more than what was listed on their app. I chatted with someone and then I called and was basically told to bad you were overcharged but we are not giving you your money back because we charge more than the restaurant charges.”

“hadn't ordered in about 2yrs from them. tried it out bc with amazon prime you get grubhub+. Driver number 1 delivered to the wrong address 5mi away and refused to answer contact messages. Restaurant turned away second driver for redelivery bc they didn't know it'd been reordered. Will never order with grubhub again.”
