Absolutely horrible company. Ordered food ONE TIME at a ballgame, and despite repeatedly refusing their membership, they put through a charge on my credit card and now say they can't reverse it because I'm not in their system. Disputing through the bank and closing the credit card account entirely to stop them from continuing to fraudulently charge me for a service I never signed up and can get from Amazon Prime free of charge anyway. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR 'ONE TIME' OFFER UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO REVERSE THEIR BOGUS MEMBERSHIP FEES! What a scam.

Ordered and waited 2 hours. Then they canceled the order. Unreliable. If they don’t have delivery service then don’t accept the order to begin with.

I loved grub hub until they refused to refund me. They sent my order 30 mins away from my home while the same store was 10 minutes away. Then they said here is 5$ off next order. So I'm out 15$ and an hr for nothing. I had to call back twice to get them to do something. They said because food was already made, no refund. How is ot.mu fault tou send the order to another store 30.mins away. Mind you I've always ordered from the store 10 mi s from my house. But they send it 30 mins away buy somehow make it my fault. I ordered from another store again not far from home. The guy dropped off my food at the wrong house. I told him several times. Texts and calls. Never picked up. Jumped through hoops just to get money back. They never send you back your money. Only credit for next order. Deleted my grub hub app after.

NEVER AGAIN - I ordered from PEI WEI for firecracker shrimp and Egg Rolls - they charged me $22.58, I waited 45 mins, and got 2 cold egg rolls. Order number: #68372723-0617939. Most expensive egg rolls in my life. NEVER AGAIN. Leaving to get some BBQ now. SAD

Absolutely disgusting. I requested for a refund due to wrong selection between delivery and pickup, but they made up an excuse saying too many users and refunds from your old account were requested so they won’t give it, which is a really disgusting excuse considering I have never used this website before. They also wouldn’t just which the pick up to delivery saying they couldn’t do that, so why do they say they can on their websites? Absolutely disgusted and horrible customer service.

I placed an order today from our neighborhood McDonalds to be delivered. The order sat in the resturant for over an hour and was delivered cold because at least 4 different drivers accepted the delivery request and then cancelled after they were on the way to pick the orrder up. The order inclluded a 27% tip so it was not me being cheap and not making the delivery worthwhile. This is not the first time I have placed orders with Grubhub and had the drivers skip out on me after accepting the order for delivery. It is however the last time as I have cancelled my account with Grubhub.

I don’t know if this happens anywhere else but Grubhub drivers in my area always deliver to the wrong address, I had to switch to DoorDash, never had that issue with them.

The worst company ever, I tried to give them a chance and used them multiple times. 1hr - 1.30 for a Macdonalds. They also never ring the doorbell and just dump it outside. Used Uber eats today and it was delivered in 25 minutes and they rang the doorbell .

My order is 3hrs late. I watched the driver drive in the opposite direction and then an hour later drop the order which was reassigned to a new driver and given an extra 40 minute wait! I will never use them again. So much for being a valuable prime member. Amazon needs to find more reliable business partners.

Terrible Customer Service. The driver dropped off my food to the wrong house, got a good tip. Now GrubHub is not taking any responsibility and does not want to refund my money. Never again i will use their app.

After I placed my order, I got a message that it was delivered. I went out on my porch to check, it wasn't there. I looked at the picture the driver sent, and it was a picture of what looks like a car seat or something. I called the driver and he told me that the restaurant was closed.

I was missing items in my order , driver wasn't helpful, couldn't get a hold of the restaurant and all GrubHub every does is refund the money

Somehow, my food was double ordered. The total for both orders was expensive ($92). I tried to use the online chat to trouble shoot, and basically whoever /whatever was responding with me(not sure if it was a real person or a robot) said 'sorry for the hassle this has caused you. Make sure to leave a review of this conversation when the chat has ended!' And closed out the conversation. So, then I called the customer service line. Got to a manager eventually, then was told I cannot be refunded for one order bc it already made it to the destination and there is nothing to be done. However, a $28 credit can be applied to a future order. I explained I didn't even know it was coming, so how could I stop it before it arrived? I also felt like $28 credit was not enough. So i turned down the credit option, bc I won't be using this app again. There are other food delivery services around here anyway, so why put up with this?
