Been a loyal customer for a whole but over the last two weeks have had nothing but issues with them taking money for the same order twice. Then trying to get any sense out of the customer service is virtually impossible. It appears they have an issue where when a refund is issues(because they seem incapable of filling an order completely) the refund comes at the same time as a second payment for the same order. Last time it eventually got refunded with no explanation nor apology. Stupidly I places a second order and am now almost £50 out of pocket while I try and get the glaciallly slow customer services to understand and admit the error. Last time I will use them until they sort out whatever but they have that causes this.

Weekly shop delivered. 2 loaves of bread, dated to be eaten within 2 days. 8 pints of milk to be drunk within 4 days. 2 punnets of plum tomatoes to be eaten within 3 days, half of which had to be thrown out as they were squashed and inedible. Really poor service

I worked for Iceland and my experience their well, Manager was late on my first day, after unlocking the door started to run around like a headless chicken trying to catch up on the duties. Felt that i wasn't welcomed, singled out even cause of my gender. After only a ten minute tutorial I was left on my own then got a very verbal telling off cause I wasn't going fast enough. If I needed help the manager was out of question. Run away.

Butter delivered lunch time 21st August the use by was 25th Aug on complaining I was told it says two days for fresh items this is a joke how do a family of two use 500g of butter in 3.5 days days? Most people have a small amount left when they order making this a ridiculous rule for this type of product. Why should we have to accept poor service due to there poor store management.

Warm frozen food, warm chilled food. Short dates. This was a delivery. Most of it was thrown out. I didn’t expect warm food from a company called Iceland. I would give no stars but the delivery driver was lovely.

I did my full shop in a rush at Iceland Preston on the 10th of July , only to find when making my lunch on sat 11th the bagged salad was not good and dated the 11th , the ham had a funny tast about it and was dated the 12th so I looked at the dates of the other products I had bought the strawberries the12th the pork loin steaks the same. Very disappointed and going to have to go shopping again.

Can someone please tell me how i can get a refund for missing items? There is no point completing the form on their website as I have done this in the past and they never reply, and you are left hanging on the phone for hours if you ring the number given, the longest I waited was 47 minutes! This is just not good enough, I know shops are having difficulty fulfilling orders etc but surely they could have a dedicated phone line or even an online chat?

They instantly take your money without delivering your items. Disgusting especially in times like this. They wouldn't ignore you if you took from them so they shouldn't ignore us when they take from us.

Iceland online shopping should be discontinued until they sort out their faults with duplicate orders which means they charge you for the original order and if there are missing items instead of refunding the price of the items they will charge you the full amount again minus the lost items. If you have ordered online I would check your statements just in case you have been robbed of your money.

Delivery just arrived. Good service. All ok except approx soya is dated 20.5.20. Today is 27.6.20. Not very happy. I'm sure that is totally illegal selling that far out of date items.

Just had delivery. All ok except approx soya is dated 20.5.20. It is 27.6.20. I'm sure that's against the law. Definitely not chancing that. No way of letting them know.

Ordered 3 packs of cubed meat. Delivered pm 21 st June. Use by date was 21st June and not looking very fresh. Not happy to use it so in bin. On another occasion ordered 2 large tubs of butter. Upon unpacking the lids had come off and the butter was melting. It was a hot day but this is neither hygienic or acceptable. Glad when my shielding is over and I can go out again!!!

I altered my order and a duplicate order was created and two bills issued. Fortunately the delivery driver noticed this and phoned to inform me. He arranged for unwanted order to be returned to shelves and said a refund could be easily arranged. Customer service non existent, so have written to their head office. No luck so far. I will not use them until I receive a refund. Have to say first time have had a problem.

5 items missing from order, charged for, online receipt says delivered, so I am out of pocket, driver dropped bags on door step then stepped away, backing down garden and out the gate, before I had chance to check everything,he was driving up the road. Iceland customer service not taking calls, can only email. Can't see me getting my money back anytime soon, so won't be using again.

The worst delivery ever! My food was supposed to be delivered yesterday morning (2nd June 2020) at my front door. However, the delivery man failed to do so, as I wasn't able to go down and collect my bags outside my bulding as I live on the 27th floor. The day after (3rd June 2020) there has been another attempt. I have been called by the delivery man who asked me once again to go down. Once I was outside the building, I saw all my bags on the road with some items out of the bag, which increases for me and my family the risk of getting coronavirus. I asked the delivery man to help me to bring all my bags at my front door on the 27th floor and he said that wasn't possible due to the virus. I told him that I live on the 27th floor and he was supposed to deliver my bags at my front door but he refused to help me. Furthermore, I have been delivered less than half of the items I had ordered, and I haven't had any explanation yet about that. In addition, the majority of the items delivered was damaged and in very bad conditions (please see pictures attached). I am speechless, disappointed and upset honestly, and I really hope to have all my money back. The worst delivery ever.
