“Delivery not arrived due to technical difficulties on 10th November (over£100), money taken out of my account on 13th and after speaking to someone from their company 3 times I am still waiting for my money back”

“Don't bother banking on your delivery turning up every time I have ordered in the last 5 months it is ridiculously late or doesn't even arrive what is the point in time slots don't keep booking deliverys if you can't even deliver the ones already booked”

“Meal didn’t have protective film on top of container, inside cardboard sleeve. Meal left inedible due to chance of contamination. Given drawn out runaround from Iceland complaints department.”

“Third time this year the delivery has been late. Supposed to be here between 5pm and 7pm, typing this close to 8pm. The van was showing up as being on the next street, why can't they do all the deliveries in one area instead of zig zagging all over the place in a 5 or 6 mile radius? I have agrophobia and can't go to shops and rely on deliveries. It's time they bucked their ideas up a bit.”

“I don't know where to start on just how poor Iceland is, I really don't. It beggars belief that they can expect to turn a profit when they are so atrociously poor in basic delivery of service. So I will just list it - make up your mind: - they never process your refunds - your money is lost in their pockets forever - If you order items and they don't have the majority of your order and of course then charge delivery! - They rarely honour their offers or discount codes - Their customer service is super poor. They are not there to help you, even when for the most basic things - it's always 'computer says no' - They rarely pick up calls, and drop the call if you dare express your displeasure - The delivery drivers are so unhappy - thankfully the ones I have had are nice folks. - Anything you return, for any reason, even if incorrect will never be replaced or refunded. This has happened multiple times - so it's no exaggeration. Let me conclude with this: It is false economy to order from Iceland, you will lose more than you will ever gain.”

“No delivery between the stated times. After an hour phoned up to see where delivery was. Was on hold for 14 minutes then the phoned went dead.”

“Missing items and damage items and charges full payment even I tried as many time on HO number and store number which was showing on last email but no one answers email them after week got answer send full details and then they blocked my app and online web ID I advised all my friends don’t waste money and time for those who don’t care about customers bad communication look like eBay fraud people”

“After many years of shopping with Iceland with no issues, had cause to complain about a Turkey Crown and asked for a refund / credit as per the Iceland promise. Did this online sending all relevent information and attaching images of packaging as requested numerous times, what a waste of time, email after email after email asking for same information, judging by some of the names on replies, assume customer service is abroad somewhere with folks who clearly have a remit not to issue a refund at any cost. Wrote to CEO at head office about issues with no reply, put a complaint in through Resolver with no response, impossible to get a refund, be warned what you can expect if you have an issue.”

“For the past few years I have bought Iceland luxury range of ready meals. Lately, the quality (especially beef products) has not been good. There seems to be a lot of fat and gristle in these meals.”

“Second time ive ordered from staines shop first delivery took 8 days to be deligvered chance it again got txt saying its being delivered never arrived dont use this company there going under for good reason there Fxxking useless will never use them again best they can do is go under John B PS customer service or email the forget it there a bunch of CuXXs”

“Company is rubbish. I order online at New Addington store. Promise 2 hour delivery. Alway late. Have had items use by date next day. Have had items missing. Ring head office and takes ages for phone to be answered. Call alway goes to foreign call centre. Sometime can't understand them. I asked to speak to a manager .Was told that will call me within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Rang to complain. Call went to South Africa WHY! Woman hung up. Staff aren't bothered any the customers. Don't use this company. Customer service is terrible”

“Do not save your money through the year on to their bonus card. This year they have changed it so you had to load £100 on to it between September and October in order to get the £15 bonus. Any savings you had made on to your card prior to September did not count. I had £139 on my bonus card and when I queried why I had not received the £15 bonus that was when I found out about the new terms and conditions. They didn't make this widely known to customers and I would say its now a rip off for the loyal customers. Once I have spent what is on my card then that will be the last time I shop at Iceland.”

“What has happened at Iceland?? Can't even get through to customer service,order 3 hours late,and half it missing,next day, managed to get a redelivery,have up with customer service,tried all local stores until I found where mine was picked,they said they'd sort and send out,it finally arrived almost 2 hours late,still with items missing,no more,I shan't shop with them again after doing so for 5 years online”

“Issue with a Turkey Crown, good luck trying to get a refund, customer service just kept us going round in circles asking for same information over and over and over again, I suspect a tactic to avoid refund, ignored contact through Resolver, no reply to a letter sent to CEO Richard Walker or email sent to Tarsem Dhaliwal group CEO, so Icelands problems start at the very top.”

“Bishop Auckland Highly don't recommend home delivery. Delivery 5-7 I had text 6.20 nobody at home delivery cancelled. Nobody came to my house, I have camera. I went at shop 6.30 ask why nobody came to my address just cancelled my order. Ignorant manager said driver try call me but this never happened. He stand behind door and laughed. Delivery 5-7 he was ready to go home 6.30. Previous delivery perfect. No respect for customers !!!Thieves. 260266948”
