“I’ve purchased two Seiko Automatic watches and I couldn’t be happier. They were authentic, hastily delivered, and I didn’t have to sell anything to buy them; great price. Thank you for making everything easy, because I’m a lazy disabled Marine Veteran, lol.”

“THEY CHARGED ME AND NEVER SENT MY ITEM. CANCELLED ORDER AND THEN CLAIMED I WAS NEVER CHARGED. I SHOWED PROOF AND AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TWO MONTHS AFTER “PURCHASE.” DO NOT TRUST JOMASHOP. DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP. THEY ARE THIEVES! DON’T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. JOMASHOP IS A BAD BUSINESS. MAYBE A SCAM. POSSIBLY ILLEGITIMATE.”

“Worst customer service. They shipped my package to a wrong address and they never notify me. I finally found out that my package delivered to a wrong address after 2 months. Lost package and they did not accept responsibility.”

“I purchased a Tissot Couturier Powermatic 80 Ladies bracelet watch for my wife for Mother's day. The watch arrived with 2 day shipping as scheduled and was in OEM packaging with manuals, tags, and protective film applied, as I would have expected if purchased directly from a jeweler. My wife loved it. The gold pvd bezel and mixed gold and stainless bracelet look great and the automatic movement with 80 hr reserve keeps perfect time. I thought I got a very good price to begin with, but checked the site a week later and found it was priced $55 less. Contacted JS via online chat and was given info on how to request a price adjustment to the new lower price via Norton Shopping Guarantee app. After submitting the required info, I got confirmation from NSG that I'd be receiving a check for the difference in the next 3 weeks. I'm very happy with all aspects of the purchase. I've purchased multiple times from JS and have never had an issue.”

“I bought 2 bags and my friend bought a bag from Jomashop, on different occasions. All bags did not come with original box from the brands. We needed the original box as those were intended to be given away as presents. Emailed them to request for the box and they replied saying they did not received the box from their supplier and so on..... So NO, I would not buy from Jomashop again.”
