“I bought 2 bags and my friend bought bag from Jomashop, on different occasions. All bags did not come with original box from the brands. We needed the oriental box as those were intended to be given away as presents. Emailed them to request for the box and they replied saying they did not received the box from their supplier and so on..... So NO, I would not buy from Jomashop again.”

“I bought a Milus Herios Triretrograde 18K White Gold/Diamond watch with alligator leather band at $10,555 on 04/27/2021 and was told it would take 4 days to deliver. I did not receive any shipping update after 3 days so I called on 04/30 and was told this watch was coming from third party and their fulfillment center would ship it on 05/03 after they received it. I finally received it on Friday 05/07 afternoon. The watch I received has stamp “Stainless steel” on the back case, diamonds look fake as made of glasses instead and strap is cheap leather with alligator print. Since the watch does not match with its website description, I called Jomashop right away but they were closed by 3PM EST on Friday. So I sent an email. When I did not receive any response on Monday 5/10, I called and talked to Kamela at 12:40 EST and was asked to email photos of watch and packaging. Kamela promised to get back to me before close of the business day. By next morning, with no response from Kamela, I sent another email. After waiting for another 3 hours, I called my credit card company to dispute this charge. 20 minutes after my dispute. Kamela sent me an email stated “Return information will be emailed to you soon.” Finally, RMA emailed me a form to fill out on 5/12 but indicated that I had to pay original shipping plus return shipping. This is outrageous as the website should not sell fake items at the first place. It is not I receive an authentic watch which I don’t like and want to return. I have purchased many watches online other than Jomashop and every one of them is as good as described if not better. I am very shocked and disappointed that Jomashop conducts its business so poorly. So stay away from this website as it is a completely waste of time.”

“My husband Bought i love love Moschino for me and once received you can SEE this is FAKE. When we opened it and sprayed Horrible! It’s not even close to the real thing, and its basically Water ... shame on you for selling fake as real. I Will never purchase any Perfume from you .”

“STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM JOMA SHOP.!!!!! Received Creed Aventus from joma shop. First the outside plastic is wrapped very flimsy and thin and falling apart. Inside the wrapper on the bottle is peeling and seems very fake just by comparing the bottles of this one and the real original one from store. The smell is much weaker abs doesn’t last at all vs the original that lasts much much longer and deeper scent. Called customer service on hold for 40 min couldn’t get through to anyone. Sent emails and no one responded. Finally got through on phone today to someone vet rude and unprofessional. Told me to get him a letter from the store stating that this is a fake cologne.lol nearest store is 400 miles from me and why would the store write a letter when it has nothing to do with them. Spoke to a Very very rude man that hung up on me after I said “Sir you are very rude” he said “ no I’m not” and then just hung up. After trying to reach them many times and spending hours on hold they just hung up and said we won’t take it back. STAY AWAY NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. AND WILL TRY TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID JOMA SHOP.”

“Garbage customer service. Ordered a watch for Mother’s Day. Selected price for shipping that would have it arrive with 4 days to spare. Reached out 3 days prior to find out where it was. No response from their ‘customer service.’ Never got the watch. I’ve spent a lot of money with them and am disappointed to have supported this organization to this point. Will spend my money elsewhere going forward.”

“If I could make a review with zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of glasses and paid for one day shipping a week ago and have not received an email saying it has shipped yet. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had and will never do business with them ever again. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable”

“The initial purchase of a luxury watch was a great experience. But when it broke without my wrongdoing an unbelievable nightmare started. I spare you the whole drama, just be warned. I wished I would have spent a few bucks more at a store with a decent an honest customer service.”
