“Purchased a $4000 Omega Seamaster from Jomashop. The watch completely just stopped running after 6 months. I proceeded to ask for a return and refund, was denied. I then sent the $4000 Omega to Jomashop to be repaired. Approximately one month later was notified they were unable to repair the watch, was sent to another repair company. I was not told where the watch was sent, have not heard from Jomashop. I now have no idea where the Omega is or when it will be returned.”

“Absolute garbage. Paid $1000 for a watch. After 3 months sitting on my money they sent an email saying it was no longer available. No call, no explanation, just refusal to ship what I paid for. Be prepared for disappointment if you order from this company.”

“Customer service was terrible. Never received my order. Called to inquire about the items that I purchased with my money. I was told that it was shipped but lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told I would be getting a gift card instead of my money for my purchase. Why would I want a gift card to order from you again if I didn’t receive the purchase the first time. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. Asked for a corporate number and was refused. I asked to speak with someone else other than the person I was talking and was denied. Overall, one of the worst experiences I had in my life. I order online all the time and this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had. In my opinion take your money elsewhere. They don’t value you has a customer. If I could have left a zero rating I would have.”

“I've purchased about 8-10 fragrances from Jomashop with no complaints. Every bottle smells legit and arrives in a timely manner. You can't beat the prices! I will continue to purchase off Jomashop for my fragrance needs. Thank you!”
