“Items ordered say 1-3 business days for delivery. I spent 50 minutes waiting to get hold of a rude customer service agent to be told first that the delay is that my order is international- from NY - California is not international I explained to her. She then tells me it does not say delivery to me in 1-3 business days it is delivered to them in 1-3 business days. It is now over a week and I have received nothing!!!”

“I have purchased several things from Jomashop and the products are ok. However, my last experience was very bad, I purchased a couple of perfumes, and my order was duplicated. I was able to cancel one of the orders but I never got my reimbursement, Jomashop claimed that the bank was rejecting the operation; they gave me a credit that I was not able to see in my account but I was able to use it by calling on the phone. When they placed my order using my credit I couldn't see it in my account so I had to call again, finally, my product was lost and I never received it. I reported the lost and received an answer telling me to look around my neighborhood. I tried to contact Jomashop half a dozen times and they got mute. No answers, no replies, they are basically ignoring me.”
