“Customer service was terrible. Never received my order. Called to inquire about the items that I purchased with my money. I was told that it was shipped but lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told I would be getting a gift card instead of my money for my purchase. Why would I want a gift card to order from you again if I didn’t receive the purchase the first time. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. Asked for a corporate number and was refused. I asked to speak with someone else other than the person I was talking and was denied. Overall, one of the worst experiences I had in my life. I order online all the time and this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had. In my opinion take your money elsewhere. They don’t value you has a customer. If I could have left a zero rating I would have.”

“I've purchased about 8-10 fragrances from Jomashop with no complaints. Every bottle smells legit and arrives in a timely manner. You can't beat the prices! I will continue to purchase off Jomashop for my fragrance needs. Thank you!”

“Have bought a number of beautiful and authentic designer jewelries from Jomashop, at great discounts. Although never had any issues with my orders, the customer service did contact me to give updates, they were courteous and helpful. Look out for "In Stock" label, means the item will ship quickly. If the label is missing, expect longer waiting, but you won't be actually charged until it is ready to ship.”

“Jomashop really is a hit or a miss. They either nail it, or they mess it up. Their policy requiring you to call them to authorize a payment that you’ve already made is the most ridiculous of them all and made me purchase elsewhere.”
