“I bought a Hamilton khaki for a good price, the transaction was smooth and I love the watch. I went to purchase another watch, an orient diver, and noticed that the funds were pending but I didn’t receive any notification it was being shipped. After a couple weeks I reached out to customer service and they said they weren’t going to process it because they need to be cautious for scammers. I understand the need to be cautious, I am too, but I had already purchased from them before, so I really didn’t get why they said that. They didn’t do anything to try and verify I was a legitimate customer, just said no, we are canceling the order. Not sure I will buy again from them.”

“Placed an order one items said 5-8 days shipping... I waited 18 days they wouldn't give me any information on the order then cancelled it after I inquired further.. Don't deal with these shady people, the other times they only send my order after I constantly email them about it then all of a sudden 2 2 weeks later I just so happened to email them the day they were going to ship out the order... Every time. They are shady , extremely shady.”

“Customer service is terrible. I purchased a tester bottle of Creed Silver Mountain Water and received it three days after the promised delivery date, for which I paid extra. Upon delivery, the cologne had leaked all over the box. I contacted customer service via their website and submitted multiple photos, but Jomashop Product Inquiries never responded back to me. I contacted customer service and requested to speak to a supervisor, but I was told I would not be able to.”

“Jomashop is one of the top places I go to for many of my fragrances. They’re very consistent with shipping times and warranties. Many customers complain and how long it takes, but it literally says a guesstimated time of how long it’ll take to ship. Majority of the shipping issues are the fault of the USPS and/or UPS processes, They even sent a complimentary coupon as part of an order from a fragrance that was no longer in stock. They quickly handled the situation and I ended up finding a nicer fragrance than my original purchase using the coupon.”

“Purchased a $4000 Omega Seamaster from Jomashop. The watch completely just stopped running after 6 months. I proceeded to ask for a return and refund, was denied. I then sent the $4000 Omega to Jomashop to be repaired. Approximately one month later was notified they were unable to repair the watch, was sent to another repair company. I was not told where the watch was sent, have not heard from Jomashop. I now have no idea where the Omega is or when it will be returned.”
