“Last time i had a problem with a 1 year old Mido watch. They were very reluctant with a solution. At the end i brought it to a jeweller for repair. It did cost me 50 euros. I did buy 7 watches but never again. Bad customer experience because the warranty they claim to provide is practical worthless because it is no original factory warranty. If there is a problem with the watch they only make problems. Better pay a few dollars more and get a full factory warranty.”

“Since they keep pestering me I'll reply: found a really great deal on a watch only to find that it's tiny so the band doesn't reach. I still liked the design, didn't want to pay to get rid of it, and don't particularly like a large watch (they bang into everything) I decided to try and replace the band. I've tried 3 different brands of bands that all didn't work because Jomashop listed the band with the incorrect size. This is at least the 5th time of been contacted about this specific order plus the marketing emails they send.”

“Counterfeit or factory second sunglasses at best. Zero customer service, completely non responsive. At least I know this for just sunglasses and can avoid for future watch purchases.”

“Appalling ruthless service! If you are outside USA, you will not save money using their service, plus very costly to ship back goods I wasn’t made aware of 20 percent customs and import bill I would have to pay when the watch entered the country I am in! There was no option when purchased watch. I just had to pay 25$ for dhl and the total came to 301$ They emailed me a few days later about taxes, I emailed back and said I assumed it was in final price with DHL , and could they please cancel order Now they hadn’t shipped it m as it had been 5 days, so this takes a minute reversal on credit card, and if they weren’t so rapacious they would do it! But they refused! And then immediately started the shipping process. I sent another email of complaint, saying I could get the watch cheaper where I am, with added customs and import tax that I was not made aware of when I purchased with them! I heard no response. The watch shipped and had to pay 60$ extra! To ship back( as they refused to cancel order, prior to shipping and their mistake for not informing me of 60$ extra) would cost me loss of most of tax I paid out and big shipping charge and so not viable) wasn’t possible. End result, I could have purchased Watch in this country, cheaper and far quicker and returned it, if there were problems. First and last time , I will ever use this service! If you are in USA, you probably save some money with them on a watch, but no warranty! If you are outside of the USA,using them is not worth it! A very rude and ungracious service!!!! I will stick to Amazon and Ali express in future! They have learnt of simple rule ‘keep the customer happy, and he comes back and back and back’ Jim’s shops policy , is take your money and after that ‘ignore you’”

“Buyer Beware! Recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and had an issue 5 weeks in. Called Jomashop and was told there was “no warranty” for sunglasses (and no manufacturer’s warranty) and that I should have bought the “extended warranty”. While the CSR said the no warranty was clearly stated on the website I couldn’t find it. Why you get a decent price from Jomashop just hope that nothing goes wrong with the product otherwise you’re out of luck (unless you buy their extra expensive extended warranty).”
