“I purchased two watches from Jomashop recently Seiko essentials and a citizen Axiom. I found that one of the watch the citizen had minor scratches on it and either of the watches did not have the protective sticker. Seriously suspect if these were used watches sold as new . I sent a message to customer support team and still haven’t heard anything.”

“Highest quality products, I purchased a pair of Costa sunglasses and they came in the manufacturers box with the case and the cleaning cloth. Very impressed with my purchase, told all my family and friends about Joma Shop! Definitely will be using Joma Shop again!”

“My last purchase or "Merry Christmas 2023" at Jomashop.com 😁🎄🎁 I like Jomashop for their prices, delivery terms and warranty conditions (hopefully they work as declared - I haven't had to use them yet, which is actually good👌🏻) Customer service could be faster. Not all my requests were resolved (my inquiry about the contents of the watch package) 🤷🏻 And finally, now I find that I can't upload photos here. I wanted to put them here...😜”

“Consumer service is terrible. First, they would not deal re my product that would not work. Second, they replied to my 1 star review and told me that I was lying. Lying ? Oh my. My career was in the D.A.'s Office. I don't lie. Jomashop is at best incompetent, worst-case criminal.”

“I love that fact that I got 5 bottles for less and they all have a beautiful yet long lasting smell to them. Well, buy again. I have told about 8/9 people some i know and some strangers have asked what you are wearing it smells so good.”

“I ordered Yardley’s Ladies Talc and Soap gift set to add to my Christmas gifts to friends and it was on sale. I paid $64.95 for 5 sets, one was for me. I opened it about 2 weeks ago and found out that the expiration date is 10/06/23. I ordered it 11/23 & received it shortly before Christmas of 2023.”
