“I am very disappointed by this purchase. I have ordered a ferragamo Amy tote, what was sent to me the metal part is very scratched, the leather has no form with much wrinkle, only very limited interior puffer, with opened zip and no plastic wrap to protect metal parts. (Why do I know, cause I ordered another different color from another company and was soooo pleased by the smell of leather and pretty firm style and carefully protected parts) And the stitch line used different material comparing to my other bag, which is very tricky. I have to at least suspect the item was pre owned or was showcase item, but no where on the page said so.(or did I have not seen?) I regret of this purchase but can’t and won’t seek for return purely due to I am not in the states. I wrote to give everyone a heads up of what you might receive if you try to buy an expensive bag but turned out in very bad condition.”

“This is a - 1* review. I received a damaged Burberry $870 bag. On the same day, I connected the Jomashop customer service. Per their request, I sent several times pictures ( Nov 4th). Hopefully, we came to the solution after five days of talking and emailing that the $ 100 refund for repair will be credited. Different representatives give me a different estimate when this credit is created: from 24 hrs to 72 hrs to see it in my PayPal. Now extra five days passed, and it is silence. Try to call, and the answer is -> the voice mail is full!!! Now I would like to return this damaged bag, but I am afraid that I will never get the total refund. Be Smart; stay away from the Jomashop!!!!!!”

“So I ordered a Tissot one time because it was $400 cheaper than then the website. After 3 weeks not hearing about it and waiting for shipment I cancelled. Second time I ordered a Seiko again because it was way cheaper than the original website. This time they shipped after 2 weeks and I received it a week after . But then I realized the stopwatch second hand and 24 hand are not working. I emailed them and they were not surprised at all and didn't ask any questions and just told me I can get a refund for it . So obviously they knew it was defective and that's a whole reason behind thier cheap price . I shipped the item back , the tracking number showed it was delivered on Nov 15 ,2021 . On Nov 18 i asked them if they received thier item and they said no it's still on transit . After back and forth emailing and they keep denying they received the item I finally told them if I don't receive my confirmation email that you received the item I will file a complain with the credit card company and sure enough 10 mins later they said sorry and they were looking at the wrong tracking number and it's at the inspection department. So today is Nov 20 and I still haven't received my refund .”

“It has been 20 days since my order was shipped out and I have not received my delivery. Last status update 4 days ago showed that is has been transferring among domestic facilities. Contacted customer service, but they were unable to tell me when I can expect to receive my order not to mention curt and rude responses. I will not purchase from jomashop again.”
