“The watch for the most part came in good condition and packaging was great. Only negative point I would say is the last 3 holes on the watch strap looked worn out, making it hard to put the buckle in through those holes. Other than that, everything else was fine. I just went on ahead and replaced the strap.”

“No delivery on second order. Ordered first watch, they charged the card and went complete quiet for a week, called them and they said they don’t have the watch available and don’t know when they might get it, the customer service rep was very rude. I canceled the order. Ordered another watch after a week and it said it ships within 3-5 days, it’s been 25 days and counting so far, every time I call them they add another 3-5 days, no surprise they don’t have this watch either and lied that it’ll ship within 3-5 days and like last time, there is no ETA either. Total scam of a company that sells products they don’t have, even the ones that show in stock. Also the manufacturer warranty is not good on watches purchased from Jomashop, so it makes me question authenticity of their products. Also, the customer service is horrible with no one to talk to above the customer service rep and if they tell you a manager will call or email you, don’t believe it.”

“0rder is incomplete 3 watches and received only 2 watches. Im still waiting to received the other one. Also, pay 2nd day and took 5 days to arrived. Not even acurate for shipping. I will give a 2nd chance to Jomashop”

“Jomashop has competitve prices and a decent selection. There shipping is right on par with other major retailers. One thing I dislike about them is the amount of advertising emails and offers that floods my inbox on a 3 or 4 times on a daily basis. I would suggest a once a week advertisment email instead - Matt S.”
