“The prices are competitive compared to some of the other dealers but be aware that sometimes it is just better to pay a little more and get the right item when you want it, especially after paying around $3000 for a watch. I ordered a Tudor black bay from the Jomashop and pad for two-day shipping. After about three days I checked the site to get the tracking information and it was still awaiting shipping, at which time I called the help line and was advised that they were still waiting on the item to come in, which means that when they say in stock, that doesn’t mean it’s in their possession, seems they must order it after you make the purchase from them. Six days passed and my order was still waiting shipment, so I called and was then advised that the watch arrived to Jomashop without the box, and they couldn’t ship it until the box arrived, which would be another week. At this point I just canceled my order which was supposed to be a present for someone. Then ordered it from Amazon for a few dollars more and got tracking number right away. Sometimes the cheap option is the worst option. Very Disappointed, R. Reed”

“I placed my order on 10/7/21 and have yet to receive my order. When I first placed the order, I rec'd an expected delivery date within days and was very happy and excited about the service and timing. I never received it and all updates since have been sorry for the delay and nothing else. Awful first time experience ordering from Jomashop!”

“Don't shop here!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I've had yet with a company when purchasing a watch, and a supposed "high value brand new " watch. I was a brand new customer and ordered an invicta automatic watch from them and the issues started from there. The watch never said it was out of stock or back ordered or anything of the sort, I processed to purchase it being told it would ship asap. Only to find out days later it's not even in stock and apparently on back order, who sells stuff like that. Then it finally shows up and the bracelet on it is defective right out of the damn box! It is suppose to fit snug against the watch case and one side is so loose It looks like it's going to fall off and jingles like a damn bell constantly when worn because of it. And you can clearly see in the pictures how the bottom of the case it meets flush with the band and there is no gap, yet the top has a gap wide enough to sit in and rattles incessantly. I promptly contact them after all the bs and I'm told to basically go to hell. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“To start the sunglasses are amazing is hard to explain but this are the ones the I wanted and I couldn’t find nowhere I actually ordered a pair and I’m going to give them a Christmas gift, but the price are great I couldn’t find a lower price so my choice was Jomashop, also I have the option of Amazon pay!!! And the delivery was faster than the first time seems like they read i short survey from me !!!!”

“La tienda tomó la dirección errónea, cuando se había escrito en la información de dirección de envío una dirección correcta, al darme cuenta que ellos tomaron la dirección de paypal, que es de FACTURACIÓN y no la correcta de envío , se lo hice saber a Jomashop , escribí por whatsapp y simplemente no les importó , contestando que no podían hacer nada, cuando el error lo cometió la tienda. No comprendo como pueden pensar que eso es buen trato al cliente cuando yo al darme cuenta del error se los verifico y simplemente ahora mi compra fue entregada en una direción que ya no existe, tuve que contactar yo como cliente de esta tienda a USPS,y les informo que el problema aún no ha sido solucionado. Pésimo servicio al cliente.”
