Very satisfied with my products. Shipping took a while but i wasn't in a hurry so i was ok about it. i would shop Jomashop again.

If I could give a 0 Star rating I would for my experience. I ordered a Cartier watch as a gift the week prior to Christmas and called the day after placing the order to confirm that the watch would ship. Their site indicated that watch purchases would be delivered before Christmas. was told that it should ship from the Jomashop supplier in 1 -3 business days and that I should have it before Christmas. Friday before Christmas I called to follow up as I had heard nothing from Jomashop. Customer Service again told me that the watch had not shipped but should in 1 - 3 business days. Their excuse was that "it's the holidays". Again, no proactive update. I called to follow up today, 12/27, and when pressed, Customer Service told me that the item was out of stock with no projected available date. Despite the fact that Jomashop emphasizes premier Customer Service, they are not proactive, don't have product stock information, and cannot provide accurate order information when the customer calls to follow up. Jomashop appears to be simply a broker service with no real time product availability information. I would avoid at all costs.

A Zenith watch I had been looking for the last couple years showed up in Jomashop's inventory so I gave myself an early Christmas present. I did contact customer service prior to purchase and completed my purchase online afterwards. This is my second Zenith from Jomashop and very happy with service, quality, delivery, etc. The watch I received is beautiful and I will enjoy for years to come. Thank you!

I have been waiting my watch for more than a month, I still haven't received it (France). No information available on the tracking of the watch on the Jomashop website.

Unbelievably easy and secure to shop and purchase online. I got a great Black Friday deal on a Rolex Submariner, gorgeous watch, arrived promptly with all the paperwork and original packaging. I had a question when my package arrived, which was answered online within 48 hours.

I am not from this country and i have heard the customer service is very good in America. i shopped first time from JOMASHOP.COM this would say the most pathetic shopping experience of my life time. first of their executives are so rude and not at all helpful. they don't even trained to listen the customer. she was not even letting me speak and moreover she just banged the phone on my face. i would never advice anyone to go and shop from that site because when you stuck they will remind you the contact we might have signed where they can not even send you back your product and the charges you have paid for delivery that you have to be pay again if you missed the product and you want them to are send you again. When i called first the Customer care executive she asked me my card details for charging for the delivery again but i refused to give her the details, she told me she is cancelling my product. i asked her whether her call is recording and is this the way you talk to the customer she does not even care and started arguing with me. For reconfirming the status of my purchase, if my order has been cancelled or not. i called there customer services again and got to know from the other executives they can not take the delivery charges until they will not received the package back Although they can not cancel the product also. They will refund the amount after deducting the delivery charges. i have no idea why the fist executive was asking me my card details and i am pretty sure i am going put my experience on other portals also so that the customer will not feel stucked and not face this kind of issue and small advice for the company please improve your customer services, this really impacts your business.
