“I purchased a bottle of Creed Aventus for Her because I had a bottle that was almost finished, and Jomashop had a "tester" on this site for a fraction of the price which totaled $211.32. When the fragrance arrived, I put it away because I was waiting for my original bottle to be completely finished. I was going on a trip and thought I'd bring my new bottle of Creed with me. However, when I sprayed it, it didn't really smell like anything, AND IT DEFINITELY DIDN'T SMELL LIKE CREED! I still had my original bottle from the House of Creed. They smelled nothing alike. I sprayed it on other friends and family members, and we all concluded that the fragrance was fake. When I notified Jomashop about this issue (which included the pictures and the receipt that they requested), they replied that I needed to have The House of Creed provide them with a written notification that the fragrance is not authentic. THE NERVE! Like The House of Creed has time for Jomashop's foolishness & BS! I'm truly disgusted! I wish there was an option to give ZERO STARS!”

“I have purchased multiple niche house fragrances from jomashop recently from Tiziana Terenzi (Tabit and Delox) to 6 Bond no9 fragrances. The prices are incredible, they are geniune products and shipping is quick and products are packaged very well. I plan to purchase other items from Jomashop as I slow down on fragrance buys for a while. But I'm glad to know about this business. So far all has been an excellent experience.”

“I purchased a pair of sunglasses at an excellent price and the delivery was quick. I came across a gentleman shopping for this same brand of sunglasses at a store. They are much more expensive at retail stores. I pulled him to the side and gave him the website to Jomashop. He opened the page right there and couldn’t believe how much less they were at Jomashop. I’m certain he ordered his from this company. I even had the sunglasses on and showed him that they are authentic. This is a great place to save a lot of money on purchases. Thank you Jomashop!”

“My watch arrived in a previously opened box, the watch had been taking out of the packaging, and worn. This is a bronze watch so, as soon as its opened it begins to patina. Disappointing, particularly given what a swiss watch costs and a buyers normal expectation of a sealed, new (never worn) watch!”

“The customer service is wanting. The item that they indicated would be shipped 2 day priority wasn’t shopped wi a month’s time. I initially had to contact them about the status since I hadn’t received a shipment confirmation or contrary notice wi a week of placing my order. I was told that is was projected to ship in 1-2days then a message was sent to expect shipment wi 3-5days. When neither of those conditions were met, I called them AGAIN & was advised that my package was schedule to ship in 21 days. I ultimately purchased my item from another site; I wont attempt to do business with them in the future. TACKY!”
