Quick delivery and best price for my Movado. Only complaint is that it wasn’t packaged properly but watch luckily wasn’t harmed.

I was sold a Calvin Klein and the strap broke two later. This retailer does not seem to accept responsibility and I am having to pay $50 to get the watch fixed. This is not acceptable as the watch is brand new. The retailer should habe stepped in to help md out but they didn't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

Don’t shop here. I ordered sunglasses and they came scratched. I returned them but lost out on the exchange rate. They wouldn’t even offer me a discount on my next pair or send me a new pair. The customer service was horrible

I still haven't received the watch! I have asked customer service twice to please escalate, but I just get a response that covid makes things slow. I make regular purchases from other US and UK based websites and the the product is received in Australia within 5 days or ordering. It has been well over 30 days since the order was placed. I am pretty upset as this is a gift for my husbands 50th birthday. If someone could assist I would be really grateful.

twice I ordered from the company and the order doesn't delivery for over 1 month, meanwhile, the delivery estimate says Availability: Usually Ships In 1 - 3 Business Days. I cancelled one order due to the delay and it has been over a month now and my order still says awaiting shipment.

Don't Order From Jomashop. After 20 days, I received a msg from the post office that I should pay 58€ as customs cost for my order while I spent 13$ for shipping. I contacted Jamashop and they don’t care.

I bought a multi thousand dollar watch. Before ordering I called to determine that the watch was in stock and immediately available. I paid a reasonable $24.99 for overnight shipping. I placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon and the watch arrived, via FedEx, on Thursday afternoon. The watch is exactly what I ordered and cost substantially less that any other possible vendor. I am very pleased with this transaction.

:i ordered a tissot watch ,i receipted it but it doesn't work never and not any answer from the customer service since 5 days ,... Order # 2CT2816 I know it’s an automatic I already have 6 automatic watches I bought it at the end of February but I offer it (birthdate) on 18 June and not any way to handle it the needles stay and doesn’t work even after 2 days movement of course I manually correct the date and time Not any shock or humidity contact so how can i do : not any answer from your "customer service" 3 times 3 messages and not any help no way to use the return system because of "This Sale Order does not exist in our records” No help via messenger more than 6 messages and only bot answers Prompt to sell but no way to respect your promises Order ID: # 2CT2816 Order Date: 2/27/21 3:45 AM

I've made several purchases from the Jomashop website and have Not been disappointed. Quality name brand products at greatly discounted prices. Most importantly, not counterfeit garbage. I never had to use customer service as all the products I ordered came quickly and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this website.

I have a good experience with Jomashop. I purchased 4 watches so far and I didn't have any issues with a products or customer service. Just one watch had dead battery. However, the price I purchased the watch was cheap for the brand, so I replaced a battery locally and I didn't send my watch back. Only one thing I don't like is custom charges when the parcel crossing the border.

Please please don't buy from this website it is fake they have stolen my money, I have ordered brand shirt and paid $500 and they sent me one cheap bottle of Vitamins, I do have all my prove and requested for refund, but nothing so far.

Customer service is extremely shitty. And honestly, I feel cheated with the quality of the material they have sent. I used the belt a few times and the leather has started to fall apart from the middle. I have paid $.200/- for a belt which didn't even last 2 months. This is the first and the last time I am buying anything from this crappy company. Honestly, their return policy sounds like they want to avoid people from returning the material. I understand the 30-day policy but does the person have to save all the tags and also the shipping box. This is all bull-shit to getting away with cheating people. I am going to throw that shitty belt in the dustbin because that is what it deserves. I am never going to recommend anyone to use this website. Just to save maybe 60 to 70 dollars I ended up with a sham belt that no one would pay 10 dollars for. Stay away from this website. #payforretailitisbetterthanJoma

If you need to return items, you are screwed. You are not only paying to ship items back, you also pay for them shipping the items to you initially even though they said free shipping. Plus, It takes 30 to 40 minutes to get someone on the phone. First and last time I bought something from them.
