“Jomashop has the best prices, the widest selections and their website lets you inspect each and every watch, sunglasses and clothing apparel they sell. Which is so important when you're shopping for the perfect gift. They also don't give you any hassles for return. I love this website/store.”

“The company is doing a mostly good job. What I find is there a longer than I think it will take to receive my purchase. I am suggesting that a notice be given to customers that the purchased item is coming from China or whatever country it might. We can put up with a few more days wait when the product is top quality and the price point is extremely under the cost at other venues.”

“you charged me $55.00 for UPS next day air, I got it FOUR DAYS LATER! that's the same time frame as free shipping. I sent this info and I have no idea why you sent me a message saying I am happy with my purchase!”

“Do Not Buy From www.jomashop.com I placed my order on March 21, 2021 For a Gucci Backpack order number #M2D52635 for a total of 1440.68 The Shipping was- FedEx Ground 3 Day Est. Delivery Fri, Mar 26, 2021 I recieved a box from www.jomashop.com with 2 pieces of tape I opened the box inside was another package from Walmart with an address from Massachusetts I opened the package inside was a little girls bathing suit and a pair of flip flops. I Contact FedEx and Jomashop FedEx concluded investigation said they paid www.jomashop.com I called Jomashop and talked to samuel representative... Then (Shella) a Supervisor that said FedEx didn't pay them the full amount, I told her I want my money back or the item purchased she said "I was out of luck and they can't do anything about it" I also contacted my bank and they said they couldn't help because I used PayPal form of payment using my routing and account number which was a secure form of payment. It's now almost 4 months and they have stolen 1440.68 my Money Please Be Careful when buying form Jomashop very rude Customer Service Not only did FedEx paid them acknowledge their fault but also they kept my money getting paid twice and do not use PayPal.com as form of payment they are useless when assisting customers. PLEASE SHARE”

“I dont think its Jomashop but more on FedEx. FedEx claimed they delivered and I signed for my package signature required. I didn’t sign a thing so I escalated it and FedEx showed proof of a random signature. I never got my package and now is still waiting for the dispute but Jomashop seems to can’t help me with this. So I don’t know what to do. I dont know which to blame but Jomashop response time with my emails has also been slow. Which explains the 1 star.”

“I placed an order on Mafch gor Oakley sunglasses. By the time it said that it will ship in 6 business days. It has been 3 months and they haven't ship. Customer service agents are rude and don't care, they just say if you don't want just cancel or wait.”
