I ordered two fragrances one came half emptied and one never came. I have to call after almost a month later after I order to find out my order can’t be fulfilled due to out of stock….

I was charged $100s of dollars of import tax because jomashop sent my items together instead of seperate ( I ordered seperate to avoid this) then I was charged in USD after I was led to believe it was AUD as I stated I was in Australia. Overall I paid an extra $700 (Aud) I complained obviously as I was furious and was offered a partial refund and never got anything? Iv emailed them about the refund and have been constantly ignored. The items I ordered were too small too and I emailed to exchange and also was ignored so I spent 1000s of dollars for nothing ? I’m still trying and still being ignored? This is the absolute worst online shopping experience iv ever had it makes me feel sick that they do this to people .

It beats my mind l have to pay $14 to return an item which needed up being too small. When I paid shipping for the initial order.

I am still waiting for my watch to arrive. I ordered abot 8 days ago and have not received a tracking number or any form of confirmation that the item has shipped. I have a feeling that it is back ordered. It would be nice to get an update or explanation.

I bought 2 watches and the service is great, prices very competitive for quality products. I’m always looking for that next watch in my collection. I do recommend this place.

Sent me a defective watch, when I reached out to customer service i had to wait on the line 40 min just to be put on hold again for another 20 min when finally got to talk to a representative they didn't introduce them self, and didn't bother to ask for my info or order # just told me that I will receive an email with instructions for the return which I have never received. I did try to create a return file and again no e-mail, i ended up calling again customer service and received the same treatment as before . No return label no e-mail nothing. i strongly advise not to shop on this site i will certainly never will.

I have purchased a watch from them 2 months before ( sniper watch) at that time it says the watch is available but never been shipped till now and when ever I call they make me to hold for hours and no one responds . When you chat with them they say we don’t have ETA yet so if u want you can cancel the order just like even after me waited for so long , very bad customer service , I have been shopping with them for 4 yrs now still they don’t care I just hate the service they provide to the customers , I would say don’t buy any stuff from them such a waste of time and ur money

I ordered two items that were unavailable at the time the order was placed which I was unaware of. I followed up with your customer service department and was given an inaccurate ETA for my order. I called customer service again and was given a time range in which I could expect my order (The customer service agent did not sound confident the dates you passed along were very accurate). I would have been pleased if I had received email updates regarding inventory availability, possible ETAs, tracking information, etc.

The watch works nicely , and has a nice minimalist look. Will be shopping around for a second one in a brown strap. However noted the packaging was opened and part of the seiko packaging was damaged. Didn’t mind because the watch isn’t that expensive but would have been upset if it were a more expensive item.

JOMASHOP is my “go to” place for getting great deals on items I like to shop for. I love beautiful watches & OAKLEY sunglasses. I found JOMASHOP to have the lowest prices on the 2 items I like to shop for. I recommend this store to all.

Dodge Shop - poor after sale service I bought a Montblanc fountain pen with fine nib through Jomashop. When the package arrived, the box specified it was a fine nib pen but the pen inside of it was a medium nib pen with a M sticker on the pen. Montblanc would charge hundreds of dollars to change the nib. I immediately contacted Jomashop via email. None of the 5 emails sent were responded to. I also attempted to call them and was put on hold for over 30 minutes without anyone answering the call and after opt for the call back service, no one called back. Poor customer service and tried their best to dodge and not owning up to their mistakes.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now but probably not anymore. I had a terrible experience recently. I had moved recently to another state so I changed my default shipping address while I was checking out. I placed the order and all looked good when I checked out. A day or so later I noticed the confirmation email had an address that I haven’t lived at for a year as the shipping address. I contacted by email because I couldn’t get through by phone for a whole day. The person communicating by email blamed me from the get go. All of the responses were there is nothing we can do. From there she started fighting with me in the emails. Finally I got through to a CSR and she started with “ you will need to contact the apartment where I used to live. No customer service at all!! No “ this is what I can do fo you! So I am out about $250 because they are blaming me for putting in an address that I haven’t lived at for a year. Why would I do that??? The person that I was communicating by email is Rina. I am including screenshots of her emails. Very disappointed!!
