I made an order gucci sylvie super mini black bag, but so disappointed because that bag had coming many defects and like looks secondbag not new bag. I also had complent by DM Instagram but they dont do anything for their responsible of this bag. Please dont buy from here again. Be Aware!

Ordered a 1000$ dollars watch that clearly indicated a shipment between 1 to 3 days. Has been pending shipment for more than a week now. Called the customer service, no sorry, no empathy, no nothing. If the watch was available elsewhere I'd be cancelling my order.

I've purchased from jomashop many of times and I've never had any issues. Shipping is always as expected. And the merchandise always meets my expectations.

The Shipment was late and not on time after paying extra for the expedite. Upon trying to change the shipment the shipper (Jomashop put a lock on the shipment with FedEx) preventing me from making changes to the delivery. Concerned that the package would be stolen as I was leaving out of town for several weeks, I called Jomashop asking to have this lock removed. They told me it’s Fedex. So at this point knowing i was getting the run-around, I asked for cancellation, This too was denied. Based off this i will never shop with this poor customer serviced based company and will recommend others stay away as well.

I have had very good experiences in buying in jomashop, I have found very good prices and the shipments have been fast, my watches have arrived in good condition and have not presented problems, I definitely trust the service and the products that jomashop sells, BTW I love my watches!

I purchased a Hamilton Watch. Have only had it 3 months hardly worn and wanted to trade it in on an much more expensive watch an Omega. I was told to take pictures and they would review. After sending the pictures they said is no value for trade and I could sell it myself. If they knew that in the beginning why was I told to send pictures? Why do they offer a trade in service, when they do not stand behind what they sell. And they just list a $5,000 sale.

Although Jomashop professes to have an easy return/refund policy, my experience was not that at all. Within the 30 day guideline, I attempted to contact Jomashop first by initiating an online return (the site refused my invoice number), then a number of times by phone (no reply after lengthy waiting) and finally by chat (only robot replies). By the time I located an email to use, I was told that I had gone past the 30 day deadline and that there was nothing I could do. On top of that, they claimed to have no records of my having tried to contact them. That may well be because they were never available to answer the calls or chats. I am now going to have to sell the watch on eBay. Let me add that they were weeks later than their promised delivery in getting the watch to me in the first place but, I guess, they are ok with that double standard. Never again. Buyer beware.

I ordered two fragrances one came half emptied and one never came. I have to call after almost a month later after I order to find out my order can’t be fulfilled due to out of stock….

I was charged $100s of dollars of import tax because jomashop sent my items together instead of seperate ( I ordered seperate to avoid this) then I was charged in USD after I was led to believe it was AUD as I stated I was in Australia. Overall I paid an extra $700 (Aud) I complained obviously as I was furious and was offered a partial refund and never got anything? Iv emailed them about the refund and have been constantly ignored. The items I ordered were too small too and I emailed to exchange and also was ignored so I spent 1000s of dollars for nothing ? I’m still trying and still being ignored? This is the absolute worst online shopping experience iv ever had it makes me feel sick that they do this to people .

It beats my mind l have to pay $14 to return an item which needed up being too small. When I paid shipping for the initial order.

I am still waiting for my watch to arrive. I ordered abot 8 days ago and have not received a tracking number or any form of confirmation that the item has shipped. I have a feeling that it is back ordered. It would be nice to get an update or explanation.
