“Jonas hop is terrible, I have made purchases of over 300 fragrances totaling over $20,000.00, never have I had an experience as bad as I have had with Jomashop, they have the worst customer service, they will not reply back to you, they offer to make it right then won’t make it right, if you want anything done or to get your money back you should probably hire an attorney, again, I’ve dealt with so many companies in the last 5 years and collecting and doing fragrance reviews, but THIS company is the worst and the only one that have pretty much said screw you! We have your money and then leave you hanging…. I will be discouraging all 300k of my followers to no longer use this company. This doesn’t give proper response, I contacted this company via chat and email, they responded twice and told me to send a fragrance that I wanted as a replacement, I sent two and they could choose which one and then after that they stopped replying, and I’ve reached out three times and have not gotten a response, and they refuse to refund me or replace it with another fragrance. Again, This please is a joke, they strive at being thief’s.”

“Jomashop has good pricing overall and a nice selection, but it costs $13 to return an item as small as sunglasses, which is a joke. I will think hard before ordering anything from them again, especially when other stores charge significantly less for returns.”

“The order process went well, I paid additional to get it delivered on time. However, the watch itself was in a box (sleeve) that was sliced, ripped and taped. There were parts missing from the sleeve and it looked like it had been trashed. That box was thrown into a cardboard shipping box with no packing, so I'm sure it was bounced around in transit. The watch was in the case, and it was in good condition, but there was no owner's manual, no warranty card and the watch was not secure in the case. Calling Customer service was painful, long, long wait. They couldn't do anything about the shipping and condition, as the watch was working fine, they wouldn't send a new box, and they told me to download the manual off the web. Admittedly this was not a big $$ watch, but I was expecting better service. The watch was a gift, I just corrected the issues as best I could...”

“Package came Extremely HOT! Perfume bottles was so Hot had to cool 2-4 hrs before even touch them. Waist of money! They were all old and stinky! I would never buy or recommend anything from this company. And I was a first time customer recommended by someone on YouTube. It’s a NO for me. I will continue to pay full retail price at luxury stores for want I want. All the fragrances were HORRIBLE!!”

“I just purchased a Longines hydro conquest men’s watch and the best and lowest price around, the watch is beautiful. I also bought an Omega Seamaster Professional GMT coaxial chronometer watch previously and again, best and lowest price around. I’m very happy with both purchase and no issue at all.”

“I purchased this item from Jomashop directly and while waiting for delivery, I see it today on Jomashop Ebay for more than $400 less than what I paid and that they have 10 to sell with 7 remaining. I called in to Jomashop asking to have the price matched since the watch is coming from Jomashop and spoke to two staff who both said that they will not price match because it is on their Ebay site, Both the watch i purchased on their site and those for sale on Ebay all come from their inventory and Brooklynn location. It is mindboggling that if Jomashop is selling both that they will not price match. I have purchased from them before, and it was a very pleasant experience. This one, not. I will be starting the return process once I receive the watch tomorrow and will no longer purchase from this company. Buyers beware if you purchase from Jomashop. You may be paying more for the same item coming from the same inventory.”

“price on a YSL shirt i been looking at for years, presumably sold out was in stock at Jomashop for half the the MSRP price. bought it and it shipped fast and arrived quicker.”
