“It's really recommended, easy ordering and payment with the option of paying taxes and customs on order for countries other than the USA, it's a huge time saver at the reception, it's great. The items are as advertised, fast shipping, it's really perfect. Conclusive experience and I would not hesitate to do business with them again without a doubt.”

“I purchased an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra and it stopped working. Sent back to Jomasshop 4 months ago for repair and hear nothing back from them except they will notify when repair is complete. Stay away - stay far away from Jomashop!”

“Ordered in stock Merch. Two pieces. First shipped quick, second no update. E-mailed a week later, and got update that second package was going out in few days, wasn’t in stock. No major hiccup just would have been cool if they said it before I asked. Price was solid deal. So it’s a 4.7 star from me. Great product, Great price just fell short of 5 stars. Would buy again for sure”

“My order arrived quicker than I expected! I am very pleased with the sunglasses! I thought the frames were black when I ordered, but they're blue...no problem since that's my fav color. The quality is authentic and my eyes are happy when I'm driving :)”

“The 2 customer service people I had to deal with were completely unhelpful. The 2nd one said they would add a $50 discount to my purchase because the shipment didn't arrive when it was supposed to, but I never received the discount. I am absolutely disappointed with your customer service and hope you take steps to improve it.”
