“Recently purchased a Zenth Defy El Primero 21. Jomashop had THE BEST price AND warranty I could find. And believe me, I looked. Unfortunately, the first watch that was delivered had issues. Despite my disappointment, Jomashop refunded my shipping costs and had a prepaid return label as well as an exchange form in my inbox that day. I returned the defective watch and within 5 business days I had new watch in hand. This one has been running flawlessly. I understand that things happen, even to the best. It is how those issues are handled that matter and I have to say Jomashop came through. I will not hesitate to buy through them again.”

“Never got the watch box was empty, trying to resolve this issue and get my money back however jomashop refusing to cooperate, Never will order from them again too much frustration and unnecessary stress it was $4000 watch that I never received”

“i ordered a watch and i received the wrong one (which is okay because mistakes do happen). i contacted customer (waited on hold for a half an hour) service and told them the issue still no response i contacted them again (waited on hold for a half an hour) this time i received a lot of requirements to take many pictures of the watch to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the one i got was incorrect. still now very un clear if they were going to replace it or refund me not answering me properly they told me to send it back .1 week after i sent it back i receive an email that my purchase was refunded but still not the full amount of the watch i am still waiting. i was extremely disappointed with there customer service especially since they messed up my order do not buy from them”

“They delivered my order to wrong address. I contacted Jomashop.com customer service via email, I thought that this issue was going to get resolved. I sent follow-up emails to the contact. He sent me unrelevant tracking information and mostly didn't reply. They promised me you will get your order in 2-3weeks. After 3 weeks they didn't even reply my emails.. Awful costumer service!!!!!!!”

“My item was missing three items (I ordered five ties), with a partially opened box. Could be JomaShop's fault, could be FedEx, but regardless, I received horrible service (was surprised I could even reach someone as I have an unanswered email that has still yet to be answered, was on hold for 2 hours with nothing, and decided that chat was the best option, which still took a while). The representative was accusatory and not helpful at all- I was told to send pictures of my box and email it to her - this was tough, as I did take a picture of the damaged box, but it was only from one angle. I was told by the rep that this will not suffice, and for all the rep knows, it would be "without proof and that the rep would have to go on my word, which isn't enough." Somehow, I am out now around $300 for something JomaShop will not try to help on. Also, my second package was late as well, so there's that.”
