I have ordered a watch paid in full 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing and jomashop will not reply to my email pretty pathetic for such a large dealer

Is good company the only thing i have to return a hat and when i returned they charge me 19.00 dollars for the return is not fear!!

I ordered 3 watches on 14th January. My credit card was charged for one only and received it in less than 2 weeks. My credit card was charged on 30th of January for the second and third watch but I only received the second one after 2 weeks. I have been trying to get in contact ever since but the website is an automatic machine and they don’t pick up their phone. If you don’t have the watch why did you charge me, if you charged me why don’t you send me the watch, if you have problems why don’t you communicate? You better send me the watch or refund my money ASAP

Wore the watch three days, broke. Jomashop won't replace it. Defective watch.

I've somehow had better experiences with even Wish. When I placed my order there was no mention of it being on 'back order' and from all appearances was marketed as something provided through the Jomashop site. After ordering I received an email notifying me that it was not physically in their warehouse and that my tracking number wouldn't be available for 4-7 business days. That was 37 days ago. After contacting them several times and even being lied to on the phone after they said I would get a tracking # that day I have tried the live chat. All I am repeatedly told is that my purchase is on backorder. You get what you to pay(tried) for.

Ive purchased a tag WATCH I PAID IN FULL THE ORDDR NUMBER DOESNT EXIST AND THEY DONT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS AND NOONE ANSWERS THE CALLS AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR. COMPLETELY SHADY COMPANY!!! scam

Transaction was smooth and item was delivered quickly. The only issue is it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to or reach a representative. For this reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I was almost ready to bag it altogether. It is, however, the best prices around for name brand watches.

Be aware This is a scam website. I've bought a Tissot 4 months ago but they did not send it. They will reply to your feedback to contact us but after they are saying the same thing as before. Their positive comments are so fishy if you read a few of them you will find out many of them are exactly the sAnd.

Ordered sunglasses and 3 weeks later - I haven't received them! I've been on hold for 35 minutes (I'm still on hold) to discuss the issue! So unhappy - I should have checked the reviews!!! :(

JOMASHOP After sales service is non existent I have purchased a few items from Jomashop, some have been fine but if they are not they take little responsibility, latest one is a watch which arrived not working, response was to replace battery, I felt it might be something more so I took it to a watchmaker so if it was a battery at least it would be done right and pressure tested, my fears were realised when it failed as the specialist discovered a problem with the circuit of the watch rendering it dead. Response from Jomashop has been nil. The last time it was damaged packaging for a Raymond Weil Maestro watch, being the resting place for the watch when not in use. Replacement cost from Raymond Weil was $130

I made an order with Jomashop which was supposed to get delivered in 3-5 weeks, after the 5th week, they extended the delivery time by 2-3 weeks..not trustable..disappointed!!
