“JOMASHOP After sales service is non existent I have purchased a few items from Jomashop, some have been fine but if they are not they take little responsibility, latest one is a watch which arrived not working, response was to replace battery, I felt it might be something more so I took it to a watchmaker so if it was a battery at least it would be done right and pressure tested, my fears were realised when it failed as the specialist discovered a problem with the circuit of the watch rendering it dead. Response from Jomashop has been nil. The last time it was damaged packaging for a Raymond Weil Maestro watch, being the resting place for the watch when not in use. Replacement cost from Raymond Weil was $130”

“I made an order with Jomashop which was supposed to get delivered in 3-5 weeks, after the 5th week, they extended the delivery time by 2-3 weeks..not trustable..disappointed!!”

“Customer service is horrible. Service after the sale is non existent. Take away 2 stars. I have been trying to get an answer about my account and it appears I have been ghosted. I have been lucky and never needed to make a warranty claim. But I am not feeling confident that if I do I will get any meaningful response from Jomashop. Makes me think twice before making future purchases.”

“Customer service is horrible, they give no info on back order items and responses to emails are several days for a response and wait times for customer service are over 40 mins and still not talk to anyone. Canceled order company seems sketchy.”

“Bought a Burberry polo shirt and it’s FAKE. I’ve purchased many from saks and I have the exact shirt in a different color and it has to have the “made in” sign but theirs doesn’t. They asked me to return first and they’ll give me back my money but after the received the shirt they only offered partial amount back. BEWARE!!”

“I ordered a citizen echo watch on 3/9/ for 2 day 21 for 2 day shipping 2days later I looked up shipping no order call the rep said watch was on back order will be shipped out in 2 weeks after 2 weeks called again rep said was being shipped out that day check tracking in a couple of hours I did saying lable has been printed for 2 days called on Wednesday being shipped out that day get watch on Saturday not only it not the watch I ordered but doesn't work they want to charge me for shipping it back stay away”

“Please be advised. Jomashop is not a normal online business. Stay away from them if you can. They have very little inventory on hand and their low advertised prices are questionable. Don’t be impressed by frequent Google listings and persistent Facebook postings promoting the Jomashop name brand product lines…. Today I was sitting on the phone for one hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. No response!!! I’m not sure what type of racket they are playing. I would stay away from Jomashop if you can.”

“Absolutely the worst customer service when I finally reach someone, up to an hour on hold they hang up won't return calls even when feature is selected for them to call back won't respond to emails if you don't need to call or talk to someone then it's probably not a huge deal but in my case of have a 3000 credit which they won't refund so I have to buy something or eat the 3000 and try deal with there BS terms the one time I got through they are rude an unhelpful”
