“First time shopping this site and awfully disappointed...I’ve ordered a furla wallet from them for 59.89$..they’ve sent me a cheaper furla no tags different color wallet that was 10 dollars cheaper on their site...they had the nerve to offer me a “refund” for 15 dollars not even covering shipment costs...awful and no responsibility for their Owen service mistakes!”

“Don't buy from them I bought Gucci shoes from them and never received them. I was fighting with them for 1 year and they still didn't return my money or send new shoes to me. Give you self a favor and don't buy from them”

“Terrible I ordered a package, it never arrived, emailed them many times, they never respond. I try calling them it takes it 1/2 hr to get through to them, and they don't help you. They hang up on you. Nasty people, terrible service.”

“I bought a watch online at Chistmas and cancel it both online and email at the second day. However, they still charged me 20 days later. I called the service number and they told me that it was shipped and let me return the box to USPS with a receipt. I did it and have to pay for the shipment fee if I ask for a receipt. It is totally nonsense. I advice people NOT to buy watch in this web site. The experience is quite terrible.”

“My husband bought a watch for my birthday gift. Delivery was late due to Covid so we received it after my birthday.. That is ok considering the current situation. However, the watch is so heavy and big so we decided to return. How come they asked to pay shipping fee as well as insurance fee. It costs us $265,77, which is ridiculous. We have to pay that in order to ship it back and get a refund. I don't recommend this at all. Be careful when you need to return.”

“Ordered the Hamilton Khaki 38mm field auto with black dial and stainless bracelet. Liked it so much that I ordered the silver dial version with brown leather strap. Jomashop’s pricing is unbeatable. I received timely order updates and delivery was quick both times. Couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with both transactions.”
