Placed an order on 2/6 for a money clip. It’s 2/24 now with no idea on where the order is. The customer service is atrocious and can never reach a live person. Only bots giving one word answers on the chat. I wish I could give it a 0 star, worst service ever experienced. Do not recommend anyone buying from this scam of a website

Ordered Tissot 1/23/21. Shipped 2/5/21. As of 2/19/21 still not received. Ordered from ebay a Hamilton on 2/12/21. Received 2/18/21. Pay a little more, get it sooner. Anywhere else. So much for "ships in 5 to 7 days".

Horrible place to buy stuff £372 they robbed from me I payed them for a watch which I never received an more then a month now they are not even responding to any mail or call I jus want to have my money back

Purchased some watches from jomashop, when they arrived the box was squashed, damaging one watch. Sent photo clearly showing content damage but they will not replace. Wanting pictures of don’t have. Just an excuse not to fo anything. Think twice before you buy from jomashop, because if there is a problem with your purchases they are not going to do much to rectify. I will never use them again. Buy local. Guess what Guys, the customer service team offered to send me a new empty box from USA to Australia. The watch looked OK to them in the picture, yet my partner will not wear it has one bent link. You would think they would send a replacement watch not an empty box as a good customer service gesture, BUT NO ?????? Save yourself the headache and buy from someone else. JOMASHOP don't have a lot of good reviews when it comes to customers service. That must tell you something???????

I bought a Certina Automatic watch on feb21. When I received it it doesn’t work at all. I contacted them by phone (I live in Australia) after even over hour and 5 minutes no answer by customer service, I am keep waiting on the line. Second attempt waited more than 30 minutes no luck. I needed to pay international call rates too. Then I sent my second email and received answer saying they got too many email and reply soon. I end up paying more than $1000 aus for the defective not working brand new watch. What a shame. I am still in a process of sorting this issue with them!!!

Paid for sunglasses and never recieved them. I emailed customer service and they told me they would look into it that was 3 months ago. I am still out $83 and no sunglass.

Yet another Buyer Beware review. I purchased a decent Seiko watch and paid $25 extra for one-day shipping. I received a confirmation email, checked my card account to see if they had charged before shipping — and of course they had, not too unusual, entirely automated even if it’s a dubious move given they may have to actually source the watch — and went on about my life for three days. No updates from Jomashop via email and so I logged into my account and was surprised to see that I had no order history. Nothing ordered despite something ordered and email receipt and credit card statement to prove it. Cute. I don’t mind having to dispute charges with a bank, really. And I’ll no doubt have to do so as — just read the other reviews for this surprise ending — customer service doesn’t answer (three calls made, each one with hold music for 30+ minutes and no response). They don’t reply to emails or chat requests, either. I’m willing to give them two stars rather than one. I’ve heard firsthand accounts of their quality and have no doubt they probably nail it on occasion. And there’s a global pandemic and, I’m guessing, limited staffing. An inexpensive Seiko watch can be found elsewhere for a comparable price. I’m not accusing Jomashop of theft but, rather, mild incompetence. Slight inconvenience. It was to be a gift but alas. The lesson: be careful, buying public. You may not want to give money to Amazon or Macy’s or, if you’re buying seriously high end, Company X... but is Jomashop really a good alternative? Some guy is wrote about being out $5,000 thanks to the company’s butterfingers. I’ll count myself lucky.

Horrible customer service, stay away from this company, once you bought something form them, they are gone, I try e-mail, chat, phone calls, leaving a call back number, nothing seem to work, you'll never hear nothing from them.

Horrible! terrible experience! As first, I received a broken watch. As second, their customer service is not responsive. As third, when I returned the watch, I haven't received the full amount back; they kept the part of the tax. Please avoid! Please be aware that most of the positive reviews for this website are written by their employees! Go and buy the watch at the more expensive place. It will end up costing less!

Ordered sunglasses then canceled. Then got a fraudulent charge on my credit card from another company toadandfrog. I reported to the bank and canceled my account card. Do Not Trust Jomashop.

Item faulty. Watch doesn't work. Tried contacting you. Received auto reply that if I want I could return within 30 days, but would have to pay postage (x 2) myself! THIS IS A FAULTY ITEM... Can't believe the attitude!

I wish I read the real reviews on here before purchasing from this website. They will send you damaged or incorrect goods and then good luck getting anything from them in terms of aftersales support. You better pray your sale is 100% accurate and your items have no faults at all otherwise you will get nothing, no matter how soon you report it. I purchased a Seiko watch for around $500 USD and it arrived with a snapped clasp! I've owned plenty of Seiko watches and they do not break easily so this was clearly packed like that and I'm fairly sure Jomashop resold it like that and it didn't come from the manufacturer as it had fingerprints all over it. They told me to get a quote to fix it so I went around to multiple shops and provided them the cheapest quote, the clasp was completely snapped off completely so it clearly needed a new one. They said the quote I got for $100 to replace the clasp was too expensive and I should send it back at my own cost as they can fix it for $20. Obviously they would just superglue it and either send it back to me or repack it for the next poor sucker. $100 to fix a watch in Australia is pretty damn good especially when it needs a part. I also ordered some sunglasses and they sent the incorrect pair. Their solution?? Keep the ones they sent me or pay to ship them back to them and they might be able to source the right ones if they have stock... I've gotten some awful support from overseas lately but this takes the cake. You can tell they must be based in the USA as they treat you like complete trash and just waste your time until you give just up as it's not worth the stress and anger of being slapped in the face. I'm done with these cheap and nasty sites, I'm out of pocket way more than what I saved buying from this horrible company. TLDR: Do not buy from this company whatever you do.

I've bought three watches from Jomashop in the past two years. When they work, its no problem. But don't assume their warranty will cover the watch. The people who work with their warranty are trained to reject your claim in almost every case. I tried to get my Movado fixed under warranty, but they said it had damages to the case and rejected the claim. Fair enough. I then had a problem with my Tissot which had no physical evidence of external damage. They agreed to repair it, I sent it in and they confirmed it fell under the warranty. Six weeks later I got an email saying it was not covered by the warranty. Calls to the service center went terribly. Buyer beware. I still haven't received the still broken watch back yet. The warranty they offer is basically useless and I get the feeling that the watches themselves maybe defective which is why they can offer them so cheap.

boghet a furla wallet from them...they sent me a used diffrent wallet 20% cheaper then what ive paid... didnt want to refund theur mistake and then never got back to me....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
