I've order a few high end watches from Jomashop in the past and decided to order another. Paid for overnight shipping and with the intent it would arrive the next day as the website and receipt said. Order was "shipped" the correct day but sat in their warehouse for an extra day so I ended having to wait over the weekend before receiving the order on Monday. When I called to see about getting this resolved you're on hold for 30+ minutes and they eventually place you on hold and hang up and not call you back. Last order I will ever make with Jomashop as their customer service is terrible.

I was a regular Jomashop customer until the last couple of orders. I paid for expedited shipping, but my order was never shipped. I called customer service, but after being on hold for 40 minutes, the agent started looking into my order, then hung up on me. Same with the chat option on their website. Jomashop lost my business for good.

Taking way too long… (11 days and counting) Price inline with others for my Seiko (Amazon is $15 more) but taking forever to get. They took several days to get it out even though their site says 1 day (it was in stock) and then FedEx is a joke right now. Problem is Jomashops response is essentially "too bad", no assistance, no discount. Multiple failures and delays on Jomashops part and no responsibility, just blamed FedEx.

I have purchased a lot of items from Jomashop and I was satisfied until I had to deal with their returns department. After spending hours oh hold, I explained to a CSR that the US Customs need additional info. An email with the info from Faith followed and I forwarded it to FedEx in order to clear customs. Obviously the info was insufficient. Now I have the jacket returned to me, I’m on the phone on hold again, waiting for someone from Jomashop to talk to me. They will try to wear you down until you kiss your money goodbye and end up with a product you don’t need. And Jomashop will keep your money. Disaster...

Worst customer service ever. Received a defective product. Asked for a return and was denied. Ask for a replacement and was denied. Grey market is a gamble and Jomashop is a very bad choice. They will win in any way possible. Repairs... will not happen. Returns... nope. Replacement... not gonna happen. Set your money on fire at least you’ll get heat.

Bought an Omega watch, came quickly and was packaged well. Sent in as it was running slow, They have had it now for months and sent an email saying they will send it to another service location and will be another couple of months. Feels like they are about to lose or steal it back from me to sell as used. I'll update this if it doesn't happen that way but hope is diminishing.

Horrible experience!!! I ordered my watch on 3.4.21. They didn't send out a tracking number until I called on the 9th. It is now the 16th and I still don't have my watch. I called and spoke to Sarak and the only customer service he could offer was to say they would contact Fed Ex and he wanted to argue with me. When I asked to speak to a manager he said I had to call back.

Ordered an invicta watch from jomashop, received quickly very good price. Unfortunately the watch does not work, attempted to get in contact with customer service, number not available. Now stuck spending more money to repair the watch from the manufacturer than I paid for the watch. Would not recommend jomashop

I ordered watches twice. After placing an order, a week later I receive a template message with a refusal from the payment verification service. I payd PayPal for last order! It looks like Jomashop store is engaged in financial fraud. I do not advise anyone to buy anything from these crooks!

I ordered some Christian Dior sunglasses, to me they look obviously fake. They came in a case which was definitely not CD quality, the card inside had Chinese writing on it and they were in a plastic cover. I have seen the real ones in a local department store and they are different. i was trting to return it I found THIS ₑᵢɢₕₜ fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five my attempt was successful I was able to get in touch with the company they were very polite and nice in helping to get the return details on my order finally I SENT BACK THIS GARBAGE Do not buy from this company. BBB already informed. Be safe. Do not buy from here.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I don’t know where to begin. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses 1x Dior and 1x Salvatore Ferragamo. My total came out to be $180. It was shipped out by USPS carrier. This was before Christmas. When I was tracking my package on December 18 I noticed that it said delivered at 1:22pm. I live in a two family house and have camera around the entire house. I checked the cameras before contacting customer service and saw that no package was delivered “on my porch”. I contacted Jomashop customer service trying to resolve the situation to see if I can get my refund and they told me no since it was “delivered” then it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it. I kept going back and forth via email and they were REFUSING to provide me a refund. I even told them I have proof from my camera that I can provide. They still refused. I had no time to file a police report because I caught covid and had to deal with that, but I will soon proceed with the police report. I BELIEVE THIS SITE IS A SCAM! To me it’s ridiculous that if they are sending it out by USPS why isn’t there a signature required? I asked them that and they said “they don’t do any signature required”. Why not though?! It’s brand glasses why not provide a signature upon delivery. Also, the shipping carrier has $100 protection policy, how come I can’t get my refund when the PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I REPEAT SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

- Item was lost, the cost for fast delivery for 2 days but lagging, well bad weather I could understand, but order from 13 Feb 2021 but my order was splitting: one was lost and one still on the way not coming until today 3 March 2021...well that's bad! so bad!
