“Most of my orders come very slow. Usually 3 weeks or more. I rate two stars because "communication, shipping speed" is really bad. If your order shipped, that's great, it will come for sure, just slow. But if you placed order(s), wait few weeks and still don't see your item is marked at shipped, you better cancel the order by calling them (they don't have cancel option on website up to today) and buy the item from other vendors. The weird thing I have been experiencing a few time is they clearly say: "Item in stock" but they'd never shipped. If you don't cancel the order and wait for 4 or more weeks, they will cancel your order without any explanation in the cancel email(s) they sent you while the website still showing the item is "Item in stock". See how weird it is here ??? I know they can do it better because they are not a small business store but just not now T___T.”

“I got my watch. Packaged well. I paid for expedited shipping but my watch came days later than what I paid for. That was partially due to slow shipping and partially due to Jomashop being slow to ship. I would buy from Jomashop again but it wasn't an enjoyable experience. The watch is great though.”

“Jomashop is a scam. Do not give them your money. They took payment, did not deliver anything and did not communicate anything until I called them. After several weeks I contacted them and they claimed product was out of stock. Several weeks later, the watch is back on the website, but still did not receive my order. I called in and they said order will be shipped in a few days. Another month goes by and no communication from company. So I called in to get an update status and now they inform me they are not able to fulfill my order because the price of the item went up and said if I want the item I need to pay the new price.”

“Advertising watches for sale and "on sale" when you don't actually have the watch is a deceptive business practice. It is bait and switch. I will never do business here.”

They never lied about inventory not being there, quality of product was excellent and a very speedy, clean delivery process. “The website did not show currency. Only realised its in usd after I paid, which is way more than I expected. The dress arrived in a strange smell. I have to wash it straightaway to get the smell off.”

“I do not recommend buying from them. They claim the items are ‘new’ however they don’t come with the tags/ booklets or items that a new watch has. Other sites offer similar pricing and you can get an actual new product”

“Poor customer service!!! Bad communication, item still has not arrived. Item showed in stock when purchased about two months ago. Never received any communication from company letting me know item is not in stock until I called inquiring about status after a month. After I saw watch was back in stock on website i called again inquiring about my order and was told it will be sent in a day or 2 and that was over three weeks ago. I have purchased several watches from jomashop but after this experience I will no long.”
