“A miserable experience. I immediately recognized that the fragrances I purchased were below quality and messaged customer support. To this day, I have been denied and exchange. With the absolute vast amount of competitionout there, why waste your time and money on a company that can't even exchange a faulty product.”

“I have bought 4 watches from them in the last year. One I returned because I didn't like it and they easily allowed the return and refund. The other 3 I have been extremely happy with and they were exactly as shown on the website. The delivery is quick, the prices are great, and the tracking of the shipment is good. I have recommended Jomashop to many people.”

“My husband has wanted a Tissot “waffled” face for a long time. Jomashop had a very affordable price so I grabbed it when I could! It was supposed to be a Christmas present but he was having a tough day so I gave it to him early. HE LOVES IT!”

“I love the fact that Jomashop has great products at much cheaper prices. The ordering process is very easy. I really enjoy buying stuff here. The only less positive feedback from me would be regarding some products which don’t get shipped in time. I don’t know what are Jomashop’s agreements with sellers, but sometimes it takes 3 weeks to receive the product. Is it worth waiting? Totally.”
