“Item was defective. Refund process was too difficult. Did not get full refund. Representative on phone was short with me and rude. She sounded like she had a very frustrating job and that should tell you something about this company. Why risk it with Jomashop when other large companies I will not name promise customers satisfaction. Check other authentic review cites and BBB before giving them your money.”

“this company contains LIARS,CHEATS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. My previous review on TRUSTPILOT was just a title of: CRIMINAL ORGANISATION. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. 100% RIP OFF. CHARGE TAXES to overseas customers and never pay the taxes to that country. THEY POCKET THE MONEY. CHARGES FOR SHIPPING ARE TOO HIGH, DISCOUNT CODES DOES NOT WORK, GREEDY AND NASTY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT SHOWS AND HAS RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS. TRY CALLING THEIR MANAGER ANY TIME, SHE IS NEVER THEIR. LISTEN TO THEIR MESSAGE WHEN STAY ON HOLD. ALL A L LIE. COMPANY THAT HAS AN ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE. I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN”

“CRIMINAL ORGANISATION----DO NOT BE A VICTIM Rude and unhelpful team, managers don't assist, hanging up on customers and same time say winning customers faith and trust. All a lie. stay away from this company, I bought a faulty watch $691.00 USD and deemed faulty and their never help in helping me repairing it. I did not trust them returning it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE BAD COMPANY”
