“I made a purchase to Jomashop using a payment app and the company decides to send me one of the bottle and tell me they have to charge again for the other bottle. This is ridiculous. I never receive an email update or anything. I should be able to pay one time, and however the company decides to ship the item should not effect me. I will never shop at Jomashop again.”

“The process was easy and I was informed of all shipping movements from start to finish. It came in a timely manner. I bought the daughter ring for my beautiful daughter who has anxiety and the quality looks good. I've not given it to her yet but I'm really looking forward to it. “Tried to place order online but it kept denying my credit card , when I called customer service to pay for my cart which had 4 fragrances worth 400$ , they hang up on me 3 times, taking my business somewhere else, 5$ more per item is worth the peace of mind .”
