“Dear all, service via email and whatsapp very bad! I sent a message for 2 days and until today no one has replied to me! I don't know why my purchase was partially shipped, and the second item was 2 days awaiting shipment, and when I bought it, I applied the fast delivery coupon.”

“I am still waiting for my order to arrive, it has been ages. I still havent received it yet. Sorry I dont have any thing better to say. I have spent a lot of money on these orders , sadly I dont feel I am going to get them.”

“I had the worst experience ever with this online store. Their customer service is horrible. Their system picked up a different address and as soon as I realized within 20 seconds of ordering I called. No answer. I emailed. When I finally got someone on the phone they said the label was created already. They had no way of changing the address n “hopefully I will receive my items” I do not recommend these people to anyone. I had to dispute the item being it will not come to me and I am reporting them anywhere I can. Please be ware! I own an online company and I would never treat my customers like they treated me. They did nothing to try to make it better. I ordered on a Saturday by Monday morning they were supposedly on a pallet which didn’t ship out, they created a label that was it. When I went to track it it the next day it was still in the same spot. USPS had not received the order so therefore they could have fixed my order. They must do such high volume that they could careless about their customer service. Very unfortunate, will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.”

“I sent in a pocket watch to be repaired, I had a artist to hand in grave a strutting Turkey on1 side, and a big 8 point buck that my grand daughter killed on opposite side, 1 of a kind priceless, they tell me there’s no way I can get it back. So I can loose the art work plus be out the $1000 it took for the art work Very discussed.”
