“I would like to leave a better review, but it has been two weeks and I have still not received the products I ordered. So as of right now Jomashop seems like kind of a rip-off. That could change when I actually receive my order, but until then my experience with Jomashop is that they take your money and do not deliver your products.”

“I bought a new watch from Jomashop and they sent me a USED model with damaged packaging, a manual from a completely different watch and THREE LINKS MISSING from the bracelet! They refused to pay for return shipping and didn't even apologize for sending out a dud watch. I'd heard horror stories about how bad Jomashop customer service is, but thought they were overblown. Not so, the stories are true - Jomashop is AWFUL. You save $$ but buyer beware, they don't give a fig about you as a customer. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m amazed they are still in business.”

“I ordered a watch and I never received. Calling back to inquire, I stay on hold for 35 minutes and then asked to call back the week after to start the 3rd round of calls. I however like the prices and I order another more expensive watch. I will try them once again and I hope I have a better experience this time.”

“Worst experience with this company. Recently bought 3 items and the divided into 2 different shipping. The item that was supposed to be the last item to receive came 12 days later and the other 2 that were meant to be delivered 3 to 5 days according to the order, it has been more than 3 weeks and I still haven't receive my order and there's no tracking number available. Costumer service is the worst when it comes to communications. Please please save your money and buy from a reputable and honest site.”
