“I ordered a watch and I never received. Calling back to inquire, I stay on hold for 35 minutes and then asked to call back the week after to start the 3rd round of calls. I however like the prices and I order another more expensive watch. I will try them once again and I hope I have a better experience this time.”

“Worst experience with this company. Recently bought 3 items and the divided into 2 different shipping. The item that was supposed to be the last item to receive came 12 days later and the other 2 that were meant to be delivered 3 to 5 days according to the order, it has been more than 3 weeks and I still haven't receive my order and there's no tracking number available. Costumer service is the worst when it comes to communications. Please please save your money and buy from a reputable and honest site.”

“ORDERED A PAIR OF OAKLEY SUNGLASSES THAT WERE FAKE!! HAD THEM ONE WEEK AND THE SCREW ON THE OUTTER LENSE POPPED OUT. IT WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FROM MY MOM. I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO HELP ME EITHER!! MY MOM WAS SCAMMED AND THAT HURTS TO KNOW!!”

“Be aware of this company. Be sure that you received all and every single item that you order. Record the shipping company when delivery, record yourself opening the box, otherwise they will "***YOU" Big time.”

“This website is fraud. They sell expensive watches they don’t have, hold your money for 4 months and drag you along with delivery promises they never intent on meeting. I would never use joma shop again.”

“THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Return policy on the website is absolutely confusing. YOU have to pay for return package. Online chat feature doesn't work. Hardly ever answers the customer service phone call. The guy who finally answered the phone just hung up on me!”
