“Like the assortment of watches available. Website is easy to navigate and the product shipped is packaged securely. Prefer private company delivery instead of the Post Office. Returns are easily processed. Happy with Jomashop...”

“watch which was listed as in stock and recieved a tax invoice, explaining that my item was to be shipped in 4-6 weeks. The time frame for delivery was not displayed on their website.After the 4 week mark, I follow up with their customer service team fornightly to understand where my order was. Each time I was told my order would be shipped within a week and I would simply not recieve any further info. This continued for 9 weeks, each time failing their promise to ship within a week. This caused me to suspect it was fraud (it wasn't), just very very poor inventory management and communication. I would not reccomend Jomashop to anyone. Customer service and inventory / shipping communication is very very poor.”

“It's not a trustworthy company. I recently bought a 25k+ watch from them listed as new. Received one without warranty card, and with a damaged watch box. The shipping box looked fine, so the watch box was very likely damaged before they shipped it out. Contacted their customer and reported the issue. They replied that they can give $100 credit back and send me the missing warranty card. I bought this watch as a gift, so the damaged watch box would defeat the purpose. I asked if they could replace the watch box. The customer service replied that it would need manager's approval, and the manager was on vacation so that I need to wait for couple days. After that, I never heard back from them. It's now passed the return period, and I never get the warranty card from them. They just ignore my emails. I won't buy anything from Jomashop going forward, and don't recommend this company to others.”

“I received the package in a few days, the watch is perfect and these are the positive one, negative instead in the euro dollar exchange rate I found a difference of 18 euros more than I paid for the watch arrived with documents of another model , I wrote 2 emails but have not received replies”

“"In transit, arriving late" Order # M2H80501 I bought some glasses at Jomashop on Saturday August 28th. Based on my purchase order, the package would arrive on Friday, September 3, first class from USPS. I was aware of the status of my package and since September 1 it says: "In transit, arriving late." I contacted the USPS and they indicated that they never received any packages from Jomashop… as of today Jomashop will initiate an investigation that according to them may take 2 to 3 weeks. And they won't let me ask for a refund until they have the resolution of the investigation. Anyway, I don't recommend buying at Jomashop. Trying to save a few bucks with Jomashop is not worth it at the end.”

“Bought a Cartier watch as a present . The watch was sent with no original papers and damaged box. Delivery over a month. Questioned the genuine article and was told that I get 2 years Jomashop warranty ?!? No Cartier booklet, No Cartier packaging and no Cartier certificate of authenticity . The only reasonable explanation it is good made fake. Stay Away !”
