“I was amazed at how fast my watch was delivered i used the express service extra tax and delivery calculated at the beginning the prices are very competitive especially when their is special offers good range of quality watches i would recommend Joma Shop”

“First time purchase on Jomashop and I could’t be happier! I order my sunglasses around noon on a Monday and I received them around 3pm the next day! I live in Canada and they came from the US. I did the prepaid duty service and paid the additional $2 for the expedited service. The checkout was very easy and I could track the package every step of the way. The glasses are Ray Ban, they are new, authentic and I saved over $100 using Jomashop even with the exchange rate. I will definitely be ordering from Jomashop again.”

“Hello, I still have not received my package, very unhappy with the customer service, I ask for a refund and they inform me that they cannot do it until the package is delivered, it is impossible since when tracking it I travel to Europe and I do not know when it will arrive.”

“I purchased a wallet from my Dad’s birthday . The tracking information claimed that it had been delivered when in fact it had not. I contacted joma shop customer service who was wonderful and filed a report with the USPS. The package was sent to my neighbor by accident and thankfully I got the packed in time for my dads birthday. The customer service of jomashop impressed me though with their willingness to help”

“I ordered 4 fragrances at the website, 2 was shipped 4 days later, the other 2 had not shipped after more than 2 weeks of the ordered date. I sent an email to their customer service and they did not even say “sorry”. What they reply is just “they are shipping it in the next few days”. Too poor customer service. Until the moment I write this review, the items has not still been shipped”

“Watches arrived on fourth day in Russian customs since ordered. Quite fast, but next 10days they were lying somewhere on a warehouse. I had to call to UPS for three times to get the status. No sms, no gone calls, except for last one, from delivery guy. I think this is unacceptable, delivery and customs fee cost me 401$, and they couldn’t even make a call. Jomashop is a great store, genuine watches by small prices. But you need to do something with UPS Russia, they getting you down”
