“Watches arrived on fourth day in Russian customs since ordered. Quite fast, but next 10days they were lying somewhere on a warehouse. I had to call to UPS for three times to get the status. No sms, no gone calls, except for last one, from delivery guy. I think this is unacceptable, delivery and customs fee cost me 401$, and they couldn’t even make a call. Jomashop is a great store, genuine watches by small prices. But you need to do something with UPS Russia, they getting you down”

“The dial was already defective in the sales photos and was shipped that way. The bracelet is completely crumbled and that at a price of 1200.00. customer service offered only 40.00 for repair and a new bracelet I have to organize myself. very very poor service and quality”

“Apparently I am experiencing something very similar with the earlier reviewer. I have been purchasing many items from Jomashop for the past 8 years, from watches to handbags and sunglasses. Item have always arrived, genuine and price competitive, and customer service was basic but prompt. That's why I have been patronising them for so long. However, my last 2 purchases were accompanied by extremely poor customer service and I would hesitate to ever buy from them again. Both times, I waited 4-8 weeks and nothing was shipped. After enquiring, they tell you item delayed and have no idea if it will come, and tell you to buy another item and cancel order. All the while, they continue to advertise the exact same item on their website. After you complain about it, they ignore you and do not reply to your email. It seems to me there are some items they "sell" online at an attractive price, their sole purpose to attract you to their website. Once you place an order, item does not and will never be shipped. While you would not be cheated of your money because they do not charge until item is shipped (at least not yet for me), do not be surprised if you wait months for your order and it is still nowhere to be found. If timeliness is important to you, avoid Jomashop at all cost.”

“Placed order for Oakley glasses over 2 month ago. Multiple delivery push out, and NO communication. after 3 month I asked if I can change delivery address since I am moving, and after THREE e-mails and 2 weeks no answers. I finally called and after waiting for 10 minutes just cancelled my order, and no one even asked why I was cancelling. For a company that brags about superior customer service, they are wayyyy out of touch with reality. I will never buy from them again, worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.”
