“Really bad customer service... I returned an item that didnt match the picture. I returned the item without opening the package and they charged me for both shipping and return shipping. Very difficult to deal with for returns! The agent didnt respond to emails and you have to call several times to connect to an agent. I had 3 disconnects after waiting in queue for over 10 minutes each time!”

“I just received my Invicta Grand Diver 47mm stainless steel case and bracelet, rated at 300 meter water resistant. It is a quality watch in appearance and performance. The 24 Seiko movement is +5 seconds a day! Outrageous! It replaces my 35 year old dive watch. The price was 88% off and a super bargain. I highly recommend this watch, if you can find one.”

“I purchased the Longine Legend Dive watch and received the watch in the original box. But it was missing the “book of legend” that was supposed to be included in the watch. I called customer service and it’s been 2 weeks without any resolution. It’s unfortunate the service at Jomashop fell short of the quality service they promised. I also feel shorted from my purchase receiving an incomplete package. I’m contemplating returning the watch.”

“The order arrived, but pretty late. Phone Costumer Service is now TERRIBLE after hiring a call center, the Spanish speaking ladies on the call center where RUDE like nobody else and did nothing to help with the shipping delay the order went trough”

“i bought a Breitling Avenger in Jomashop. How come there’s Scratches?Jomashop doesn’t mind. i barely use my Breitling Avenger because i have Radiomir Panerai and Omega Seamaster that wont scratch the glass. “Typically in the luxury watch field, sapphire crystals are preferred. Sapphire is extremely strong and scratch resistant – making it the top choice for a fine timepiece. While sapphire is the more expensive of the three crystal choices, it has its advantages due to the scratch and shatter resistance.””
