“customer service is awful! there is never a live person answering a phone as I am trying to return a damaged watch. the online return:exchange message I get is to call customer service, but so far after 10 days of trying I got absolutely no response!”

“I would like to leave a better review, but it has been two weeks and I have still not received the products I ordered. So as of right now Jomashop seems like kind of a rip-off. That could change when I actually receive my order, but until then my experience with Jomashop is that they take your money and do not deliver your products.”
