“Purchased a Citizen's watch and band was to small. Contacted support was told sorry they don't sell additional links for the band. I would have to seek out a jeweler on my own to get the watch band links. So much for any discount I might have saved by buy from Jomashop.”

“I bought a my smartwatch from them in November by may the following year the back popped off after only wearing it a handful of times. I contacted them and they offered to give me a 100$ credit for future purchases. I agreed but never found my credit in my account. After emails WhatsApp messages and phone calls they ignore me. When I tell them the order number that the credit was issued for they drop me. It’s been weeks of tag. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!”

“I am not satisfied with the product or customer service. The Swatch battery died 2 days after it was delivered. I have emailed customer service with no response received after a week. I called the “customer service” line and waited 10 minutes before being hung up on. I will not purchase from this vendor Jomashop again.”
