I've ordered an automatic Chronograph Frederique Constant nearly half price. Showed up in all original boxing with all papers. First thing I did when I received the watch in the mail was take it to a certified dealer. There he authenticated it for me. And punched a new hole in the leather band for me. I've had the watch for almost 6 months now, no problems at all!! I also just ordered a pair of Ray bans listed in Bass Pro Shops at $253. I went on jomashop and sure enough had them listed at $149. And the same experience with them. Brand new no blemishes with original boxing and paperwork. Very pleased

This is my 2nd experience buying a wrist watch from Jomashop. Contrary to a lot of the other reviews, I had good experiences on both purchases.....good prices reasonable S/H time. Thank you.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! IT'S A LITTLE LONG BUT WORTH TO READ! Do not buy from Jomashop. I was so exciting to get my new Tissot with a decent price. Got the watch after 3 days. Really quick and convenient shipping.The watch is beautiful! I suspected from the first moment that I opened the box that the watch was used. There were no plastics or nylons, but he looks pretty new so I thought maybe it's just an open box and it's still justified the price. The problem start 2 days later, when I realized that the watch loose time. I read the instructions and set it to the correct time a few times, but with no success. Called Jomashop and they said that it is possible that the battery is weak and they gave me 2 options: Send the watch back to change the battery or change it by myself and they will pay for it. The problem with the first option was that they want to charge me for the shipping if the battery isn't the problem because the watch is already "used" (an 5 days old watch!). I took the second option: change the battery by myself. Faster and they pay for it anyway. When went to a watch shop the employee that change the battery told me that the battery inside was energizer battery and not an original Renata battery that come with these watches. At this point I suspected more that the watch isn't new as claimed on their website, but I was so tired from this horrible experience with Jomashop and all I wanted was a correctly working watch. I went to sleep....and guess what?! the day after I woke up and the watch still losing time. Now I am sure that the watch was not only used, but also a defective one! Do yourself a favor and don't throw away your money. DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP! THERE ARE MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVE THERE! P.S: the customer service rep was so rude on the phone and they tried to blame me for the problem. the worst customer service I have had!

Please beware!!! This store has good reviews so I purchased 2 watches. When I got them, they didn't look as nice as photos. Their website photos look really good and maybe that was their strategy. The cases look way too cheap too. I was disappointed over all. I decided to return one of them. I was responsible for my own shipping cost and company deduct their shipping cost too. I ended up loosing $38 plus sale coupon amount which was $50(My purchase was over $1,000). Other watch I didn't return was $825 so I called the company what coupon could be applied to and they credited $20 for that. Remember, If I didn't ask I wouldn't haven't gotten $20. I found out exact same watch at a lower price at Amazon. Jomashop is not the place for me from now on.

I read all positive reviews about Jomashop and decided to do business with them for the first time. I purchased a watch. The site states clearly all items are brand new. The watch arrived showing signs of worn/returned. It had several scratches on the watchband. Immediately I contacted their customer service to return the watch. They went out of their way to make thing harder for me to return. They requested that I took photo of the watch showing sign of scratches which I did. They promised to look at the email/photo and got back to me which they never did. I called and ask to speak to the customer service named "Farrukh", they always said he was "busy" - He is the one who handled my case. Finally, after 3 attempts, the other customer service sent me the return label which I will be charged $14 for shipping it back. $14 is not a big deal, but why do I have to pay this when their product is not what they advertise? Please be ware and do not do business with Jomashop. False advertising, bad customer service, used products... are not worth the saving. And yes, you get what you pay for.

Won’t give me a full refund for the Rolex I purchased and they still have the watch 6 months later!!! Horribly unethical.

This company is not professional at all and they took my money and did not deliver the items but are claiming that the items were delivered!! They even didn’t care about their customer . I want my money back or the watches and it is been a month begging them.

I know this company has good reviews, but just trust me and shop elsewhere. Sure, they have competitive pricing, but they hardly have any products actually in stock. I ordered a TAG watch for fathers day and their Website said it would ship within 3-4 weeks. It did not say "out of stock" or "back-ordered". Long story short, its been almost 8 weeks and still no watch. When you call, they just tell you they are waiting for it to come from their supplier. It could come in tomorrow or in 6 months. They have no clue. Worst customer service, worst watch company. Spend a little more money and get a lot more value somewhere else.

They lied to me about the warranty, I tried to contact them about the warranty on my wallet they said there is no warranty on that item, but they sent a warranty packet of MontBlanc which could be all fake. the products quality was very bad, the leather went back after just couple of weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! you can't even write them a review on anywhere else, not even Google, all the review are fake.

Customers pay the item and returned cost and they charge you the initial shipping cost from your initial payment.... not response any delaying delivery and any other issues on the order.. it is all your fault

Here is the story of me, the worst online shopping experience. On July 9th, I purchased a gift for my husband, when I checked out, I used my phone and paid via Paypal, it was very strange, I swear I typed my house's address, and billing address right, but when I got the confirmation email, I found the shipping address had changed to my billing address of Paypal automatically. I have left that apartment like 7 months ago, no one would help me receive the package. (I barely use Paypal, so I forgot to change the address). Anyway, Their business locates in NYC, and I am in Vegas, so the time when I put the order, their office was closed, I understand the situation. The website says "if you want to change the address, contact customer service department", so I emailed them right after the order was made. Please note that was July 9th. In the morning of the next day at 9am Eastern Time, I called the customer service department and told them I would like to change the address, two different guys talked to me and told me that my package had been shipped. (EXCUSE ME, IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEW HOURS, AND WHY NOBODY CHECKED THE EMAIL?), they were very mean and said the package had left, the address was provided by me, so they couldn't do anything about it. I was a little bit upset, so I decided to wait until the package in transit, and call USPS and find a solution. Today is July 11th, guess what? The package is still "pre shipment", I also work in e-Commerce industry, I know exactly what that means, it means the USPS never go there and pick up the packages. So my package is still in the warehouse, and even though the customer service agent knows that the package will absolutely get lost if they ship it out, but they prefer do nothing. I just feel everything is ridiculous, first of all, the system changed my address for some reason, if I knew it, I would use my bank card to pay the gift instead of PayPal. Second, I emailed them less than 5 minutes right after my order made, but no one checked the email, and they blamed me that it was my fault to provide the wrong address. Third, the package is still in the warehouse after 48 hours, no one cares about it, they lie each time when I email them and say the package has shipped. They can't do anything about it. I really don't know what to do, the whole situation is awful. Both me, the team of Jomashop, we all know the package will be lost, and the package is still in their warehouse, but they deny to do anything about it, I have to wait the package is in transit and call USPS, be honest, I have no idea if USPS is willing to help with changing the receiver's address or interrupt the shipment. Guys, please make sure when you shop on jomashop.com, if your payment method is PayPal, beware of the last step of payment.

To Whom it may concern, This is a spam website. I have bought two different orders (1 Man Watch and another Woman Watch), i wrote my full address on the website and i was negatively shocked that they sent the shipping address without the street number as if they did it on purpose. And the bug surprise was that i did not receive any of the items and they are still insisting that they delivered it to an unknown destination. How can a website deliver an item without writing the street number??? And they are still sending email for me to give the rating on the received watches knowing that i paid 420$ for nothing. The customer service is bad, they even don't care about the lost amount! i need my money back or i need the two watches now!

Website said watch would ship in 1-3 days, after a week I followed up with a live rep and was told it'd ship end of day. Turns out they didn't even have it in stock so they lied. Then they said I could change the shipping anywhere free of charge, lied again as they were forcing me to pay taxes.

I ordered Kate spade sun glasses and when I received Kate spade glasses came with the Fendi cover , so I am really not sure if this is original glasses ? Might be used too , same day i sent email to customer service ,next day I personally called them too, 3 different people Eugene, Faruk and Rina on email , all of them lack of customer service training , they were behaving as if I am getting stuff from them in free , also i requested them since this glasses and cover both are different it’s hard to believe if it authentic hence I don’t want please send me the return label , but all of were so rude and manner less , one of them hanged up phone on me , i told them I want to talk to manager and they said call after 20 min she is busy , called again Faith (manager) and she agreed since I am not happy with the product and she will send return label and issue a full refund .After few seconds I get email from Rina "We did not offer a label. We offered a return authorization. We do not pay for return shipping”, tired calling again to faith and Eugene and he said she not her and call tomorrow So bottom line is you cannot rely on the team or product. Its wastage of time and money both plus to take this kind of humiliation its frustrating.

Please do not buy from this company you will have to pay extra when item arrives it cost me a extra £90 you can buy the item in England cheaper and you do not have to wait 18 days.
