“Good price great product fast delivery”

“Customer service is non-existent, I bought a watch, paid for expedited shipping at checkout with a specific delivery date as it was supposed to be a gift. They were late shipping it so I didn’t receive it on the day I chose for deliver and paid extra for. Customer service told me basically to pound salt and I’d have to PAY again to ship it back for a refund. Emailed customer service voicing my displeasure, didn’t get a reply until 6 days later again telling me to pound salt. Horrible experience would never buy anything from them again.”

“I bought a $700 watch from this company and have tried to return it multiple times but they wont take it in. It is an automatic watch and they keep saying its been magnetized and to not have it around cell phones, computers, or even fly on an airplane with it. I have had multiple automatic watches and this one seems to eithe rbe a lemon or not work entirely. I am going to bring it to a proper watch smith to see what the actual deal is. I wouldn't be surprised if it's fake. Don't even try to work with their customer service, its a black hole waste of time.”

“I received a Victorinox watch as a gift. It worked for approximately 6 months. I had to send it back for repair 5 times in the next 2 1/2 years. I would get it back and would only work for a short time. After the warranty expired in three years Jomashop didn't even care they had sold me a lemon, couldn't fix the lemon and refused to compensate me for a watch that never really worked. Stay away from this company unless you like disappointment!”

“I’m so fed up with Jomashop after dealing with them I didn’t get my refund after returning the idem customer service constantly lying to me about the refund. I’ve spoke to Shurk,Kamela,Faith. It’s over a month and I’m -$270. Such a bad experience I contacted BBB. Best advice stay away it’s not worth your time and money.”
