“Watched arrived defective. Customer support stated it was used and could not be replace nor refunded. Worst customer experience. Avoid at all cost!”

“My experience was a total scam. Watch arrived broken and I return and was told watch used and dirty. Both totally false. No I am out watch and money. AVOID THESE CONS.”

“I’ve literally had zero problems with them and I’ve purchased 2 new tag heuer, 1 used Jacob and co, and most recently 1 used panerai. No issues ever. Always authentic, they do not sell fakes and anyone telling you they do either works for someone else or is simply a liar or ignorant. They’ve been operating in NYC for 20+ years, you think they could sell fakes and get away with it? Please I agree that their customer service is sub par, but it’s way less expensive so it’s kinda to be expected. They do honor they’re warreanties tho unless you damaged it”

“Do NOT buy a watch from Jomashop! I owned a SEIKO SOLAR BLUE DIAL BLUE NYLON MENS WATCH SNE329 for ten years before losing it it Hawaii. I bought an identical replacement from Jomashop in October of 2018, and It broke in three months. Both Seiko and Jomashop jacked me around to get it repaired, wanting $104 to repair it! I threw it away. DO NOT BUY this watch, especially from Jomashop, which seems to sell inferior products.”

“Sold me a $750 Rado with a defective strap and refused to help! The watch was used 3 times, and each time the pins on the strap fell off! Please beware and spend the money at a legit store. They sell fake/ defective products and the customer service is a joke! The watch is sitting on my dresser with no use!”

“I ordered two sunglasses on 15/3/19 I received them on 15/4/19 after waiting a whole month Checkout did not mention that i have to pay customs money myself Anyways the major issue is that the TomFord Eye glasses which is ordered was not at all like the way it was shown in pictures and when i tried to get in touch about this discrepancy they kept emailing me link to returns page instead of actually listening to what i had to say Absolute Joke and thieving behavior !!!”

“I ordered a Citizen men's watch online on 01-31-2019. The watch was back ordered and had a 4 to 6 week wait. I was charged and notified via email that the watch shipped on 03-18-2019 and given a tracking number. The shipping was supposed to take 3-5 business days. On 03-25-2019 I tracked the package but it stated that it was never shipped only a shipping label was generated. I then contacted the store directly and they stated that they would look into it and have an answer in a week. I contacted them on 03-29-2019 and the customer service rep told me that they cannot start an investigation until 04-02-2019. The customer service rep also stated that it would take 4-6 weeks to conclude their investigation and they would not refund my money as requested. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. The customer service was not helpful and did not offer any resolution other than I should wait for them.”

“Although this purse (Michael Kors Voyager Crossgrain Leather Tote- Black) was delivered promptly and is very beautiful it either was "used" or defective. It was packaged effectively which leads me to believe this. There was no way this thing could have been damaged in transit. It was either used or like I said defective but no where in the description did it mention it was used. I will not be ordering here again. I tried to leave a review twice on their website and both times my reviews were deleted. Stay away from this company.”

“Sold me a Montblanc pen just before Christmas 2018. Within a month my husband felt a crack on the piston housing. Jomashop refused a refund, said that they are not an authorized dealer and so there is no warranty. Jomashop asked for a photo so I asked my husband to take one. As he placed the pen on his desk from the holder, the whole piston housing broke off. I sent the photo and again, Jomashop said no refund. Clearly it's fake because my husband has 3 other Montblancs and they have been flawless. You're better off buying something in Chinatown, stay away from Jomashop.”

“First they sent me a non working watch. Contacted them thru email and it’s been 3 days now since their last message to me and never heard from this guy name Dee after sending him 2 message already. 3 days of waiting and still counting. I think is VERY POOR customer service.”

“It is about my recent purchase ( a TISSOT watch) at www.jomashop.com I should say that the watch is a fine TISSOT Carson Automatic Chronograph Men's Watch, Genuine without any scratch whatsoever, came in the original box with Jomashop’s guarantee card and not the original Tissot worldwide guarantee card, a 20 usd off coupon on next purchase with expiry date 1 month from date of receipt of order and of course it shows time. That is, it. The shop does live to its expectation of providing quality product at better rates, that I do agree 100%, however that does not mean that the whole service offered is at its optimal point. Referring to my case, I bought the watch on 29th October, paid quite amount (47.99 usd) for courier (USPS) (destination; Mauritius) and had to go to far away parcel post to receive the watch on the 18th of November. It was a real hassle for me, since habitually all the orders that I make online to the US, UK, India, China are conveyed through better couriers like Aramex, Ups, DHL, FedEx at practically the same freight charges give or take 10 usd, and of course within a week and delivery at my doorstep. As it has rightly been said ‘far too much time spent on waiting definitely dampens enthusiasm’, I do feel unmoved by my purchase. Joma team might despise me for what I have written but believe me it is an honest review. I sincerely hope that they will look forward for innovation in their services (courier options) and not dwell only in their past achievements. The world is a global village and competition is harsh. Many people can reach dizzy heights in life however the real quest is actually to be able stay at these altitudes which of course is given only to the few blessed ones.
