I would give them a half star if I could, or no star at all. Order 64565304 dated 12 04 2019 for $90.04 returned for refund us postage for return $8.37. Today Sept 20 2019 package was returned to me no refund given. To small and I ordered 1 size larger than I ware.

No reimbursement after New Chic cancelled an order and the way you are treated by the customer service afterwards After ordering a cap in July, on August 4, 2019, I placed a second order for two caps. I paid € 24,66 for it using iDeal. The transfer was done by Aiden, a very trustworthy internet money interchange. (at least, I used it hundreds of times before) A few days later the order was cancelled by New Chic, but I was never reimbursed. So, I started to chat with the online customer service. This was not a happy experience. First of all, they don't read what you're writing and they don't read previous chats, so you have to tell your story over and over again. Secondly the keep denying New Chic did something wrong and always claim my Dutch bank is the culprit. The last chat was very interesting. Frustrating, but also interesting, because New Chic claims with five chat messages that (1) they already refunded the money, (2) the order was cancelled because the price of the caps had changed and (3) they didn't receive my payment. And of course, in the end my Dutch bank was withholding my money. (I've made a print screen of the chats which I am happy to share) The customer service is changing to story the whole time and always ends with, your bank has the money. Which I checked already, of course. And they do not have it and I see no reason why they should lie. So, New Chic cancelled an order because the price changed (probably with 0,04 dollar cents, or something) and then I was not reimbursed. I really tried to solve the problem. I even sent my bank statements (on their request) to show that I didn't get my money back. Since internet business is all about trust, New Chic is not doing itself a favour by hiring incompetent and twisting and lying staff for their customer service. And I will never do business with them again.

First of all, the sizing was "Chinese" small. I wear an xtra large and ordered the xxlarge. Too small. The return policy sucks, they require that you take a picture of item, upload it and pay the postal fee for sending it China! I just kept the blouses and gave them to someone who is a size 6, and guess what It fit her perfectly! It was also super wrinkled.

I bought a pair of sandals and they were so shoddy. The threading around the tip of the shoe at the toe and heel area was seen, but only on one of the sandals and not on the other. The tread was black and the sandals were a light brown so it was seen big time, luckily when I walk my foot slides up and causes my toe to hang off the tip of the sandal and they cover the ugly sticking but there is an inch behind the heel and threading is seen there too. FORTUNATELY... I only paid $16 for they cuz they were on sale from $67....Bahahaha $67, man they saw me coming. The return process is ridiculous, We’re talking days here, the process include emails and email responses. It's been 2 days and I still have not heard back. They said these are high quality???? They are not they are cheaply made in china. With crappy customer service.

I bought something that was advertised as 'buy 1 get 1 free', but then the two items I expected were not sent — only one item was. When I asked about this, I was told that I was supposed to know that I should have added two items to my cart, and that one would be then be sent for free! I replied that their site said 'buy one get 1 free'. ...It doesn't say 'add two to your cart and receive them both for the price of one'. They then just kept repeating that they would not help me remedy this situation. If you have any issue with customer service, just know that there is no customer service with this company. If they mislead you, it's on you to know what they may or may not have meant, not what they said. Terrible experience.

I had no idea the tops I purchased were going to be so cheaply made. The sleeves are frayed. The pictures on the tops or decals. Iron on‘s! Never shopping there again!

One thing I will say about new chic is that your designs are brilliant, but that is all. I was stupid enough to order a couple of pieces of clothing, and to be honest I've never seen tat like it. It is cheap, I'll give you that, but the reason it's cheap is that it's rubbish..........DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The item I ordered was too small and I made sure it was two sizes up from my normal size? You need to warn customers that sizes are Chinese 😠😠

Products are incredibly cheap quality wise. The products arrived with no packing slip. The sizes were way off. I called to find out where some of the items I ordered and did not receive. The next thing I know I am receiving duplicate and triplicated of orders. I received things I did not order and some I wish I had not. The return policy is ridiculous. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT. I am not sure but I think there is a connection between Newchic and Wish.

item ordered not as shown in pictures. Company would not give credit. they wanted me to pay the cost to ship back & would only give me a coupon for a discount on my next order. I will not order from them again. I do not recommend ordering from this company

I ordered two pair of shoes, oneof them were large and the other samml even thought I ordered them according to the website guidelines. The smell of one of the shoes was of cheap rubber and the quality of the material is not good. I wanted to return them but the disadvantage is that the customer has to pay to send them back and it will expensive. I recommend those who are planning to order to consider that this company is located in China, the quality control is nonexistent and because it is outside the U.S.; most of the products are manufactured with low quality components and the advertisement is deceiving because the customer is made to believe that they are purchasing a cheap product. Instead go to Lands End or Clark shoes they are based in the US and please read before purchasing any products the location of the vendor in order to avoid any frustration.

I ordered a dress on July 22, it arrived several weeks later. According to the photos on the website, it looked liked a lovely cotton dress. I wanted the blue/nave colourway but must have clicked the wrong colour on the form, never mind. The dress is of poor quality and it's only after I sent photos of the dress, package and postage label, have they agreed to refund my costs but there is still no answer to my question- please give me your address so that I can return it.

Bought 2 pairs of sandals from NewChic UK. I had been delighted to see they were in size 43 as I have trouble getting shoes that big. Unfortunately, it's just like they have a standard size sole and then added a bit on the length. The toe loop is too small to fit my toe through and the post secures to the sole too far from the edge. Really poor fit. When I came to return them I find out I would have to pay postage to HONG KONG, even though it was NewChic UK. What a con!! Really rubbish company. Don't gamble on something fitting, it's unlikely to and will cost you a fortune to return it.

I ordered a dress the beginning of July paid in full plus postage, Ive emailed several times to enquiry about delivery with no response, after six weeks I received a e mail saying the dress was out of stock, so I ordered another two dresses I was told they would be sent by priority postage once again no dresses, so after almost eight weeks I cancelled the order they said they will send a refund for the dress but no mention of the postage, it really annoys me when we are ordering paying and receiving appalling results and are getting away with it How Dare they.

I ordered two linen tops and a linen dress. The tops were not linen. Instead of the black linen dress, I received a pink linen blouse. When I went to return them it was quite the ordeal on line. They said to send by USPS at my expense. I was okay with that until I found out it was $25+ postal fee. Which meant my refund was now only $40. I decided to donate them and chalk it up as a learning experience. I will put my money into quality products I can feel and touch before buying.

New Chic Response: We checked the photo you provided and found that the package you received is not the order 70264116. The products is not purchase from our website. Maybe you got it wrong. Consumer response to New Chic:These people are scam artist! I did not order from any other company. They indicated under my orders at their website that #70264116 had been delivered on the same day, I signed for this package with the dumb ugly yellow shoes that I would not have ordered from any site. And yes, it is the wrong order. Instead of making an apology and sending the correct shoes that was paid for, this company would try to make it the consumers problem. Just a reminder, I spent $140.00 with this company and this is what they did. They are dishonest and I plan to report this company to every source available.
