“I got robbed from Shein, said my package could not be delivered and was being returned back but they never gave me a refund or did anything about it. I tried to get my money back from my credit card company, but they sent my CC company a fake delivery note so it was rejected. I'm seriously shocked because no one is returning my emails and now it looks like they have just stolen $90 from me! I'll have to fight this with my credit card company.”

“I will no longer buy from you, you stopped free shipping to Israel, your selling Palastine flags, you stopped collaborating with Israel influencers because of the war that is happening after Hamas slaughtered about 1400 Israeli!!! “Ordered never got it they blamed the carrier and said I would lose the $15 charge for shipping. I asked for their contact details because Shein had told me that they said they delivered but they wouldn’t give them to me. Now they are blocking me disgusting”

“received the product which is not the right color. Want to return it but it arrived with no delivery note or any paperwork to enable me to return it for refund. No reply to 3 emails so I am appalled at the lack of customer service. Will not be using this company again. Have been unable to communicate with anyone at this company.”

“I recently made an order and an item was missing. I contacted them immediately and continue to get the same auto reply of "we've confirmed that you have recieved it". I'm frustrated not about the $13 speaker I didn't receive but more about the fact that I can't even get a reply from an actual customer care rep. The email also states if I want further help to reply to it, I've replied countless times and still nothing. If you order you run the risk of not being able to get a refund for any returned items or just not receiving the items you paid for and there's no one to actually help you and just end up losing that money.”

“Ever since Shein partnered with Speed X they are TERRIBLE. After 3 packages never made it to me I will no longer be a loyal/frequent customer of Shein until they fire them. Never had this issue when they used USPS. Speed X will either lose your package, or provide fake proof of delivery photos that aren't your actual address. Customer service is terrible, very shady business. They are either stealing packages or completely incompetent.”

“SHEIN doesn’t have any customer service if you have a problem with your order and they use the bait and switch and give you what they have on hand to fill your order and it’s the same fabric but it’s a size too big or a different style of dress with same fabric and it’s clear when you order it says free returns but then you try to return or exchange and they say no because it’s a clearance item but when I ordered it didn’t say no returns or exchanges on these items it said I could return!!”

“I have been a loyal customer for years I can no longer access my email or phone number and they tell me I have to create a whole new account and lose all of the points I have accumulated well you lost a loyal customer and your clothes are cheap and ridiculous”

“Have now made 2 returns in May and have not received any refund - you cannot get in touch with anyone and the site takes you round in circles - you do not get anywhere - disgraceful that returns have not been refunded - will never use again”
