“This company is complete fraud. I placed an order online, they took funds from my bank account and then proceeded to not fulfill my order because they flagged it as fraud. They requested a copy of my card information and my ID. When I requested an immediate refund because it was them that flagged the fraud not myself or my bank who flagged it, I was told a request would be acknowledged within 24 hours. If your not going to send the merchandise, don't take the money. Also there is no customer service number to call so you are at the whim of faceless employees to rectify the situation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“All I wanted was to buy a nightgown, and there it was...Huge discounts if you buy three and so forth and so on, was never able to get to the page to order. What the heck? Greed is something that will bring a company down. Try to con people and they will turn against you! Americans are not stupid!”

“This company is a fraud!!!!! It takes the money of its users with no plans on shipping out any clothing. On top of all this the company has no phone contact number, only live chat, and you get no help with live chat because there is never anyone there to chat...”

“Placed an order and some of the items didn't fit. I logged onto shein site to return the items and it said no orders where found under my account. Tried to contact company and no contact number. Tried live chat and got no where. I haven't been able to find out how to exchange or return my items. Will never order from this site again.”

“SKETCHY website. After ordering I rec’d email asking for screenshot of drivers license & credit card - or order will be cancelled. Improper grammar, unprofessionally done, no phone #. I REGRET having ordered at all. Will cancel the credit card I used to be safe.”

“Ordered a sweatshirt for a gift. It did take a while to get it, but luckily I had allowed the time. However, when I took out of the package I was so disappointed. First it was not, what I would consider, a sweatshirt, it was thinner, more like a t-shirt. Second I ordered an XL (she is usually a M) to accommodate for sizing differences and because I wanted it big. Well, the XL was more like an XS and looked like it belong to a pre-teen girl.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM. There is NO customer service number, just a robotic “live chat” that gets you nowhere. This place is a joke. You will not get the clothes you order or your money back.”

“My order which was placed on 23rd is still under processing and they say its ready to pick up by USPS since 9 days now. I contacted their customer service 6 times to expedite my shipping as I m travelling within a week. All 6 times they agreed to do it and yet the package hasnt picked up by USPS. I m totally disappointed with their service. Please do something to get my package delivered.”
