“This company is a fraud!!!!! It takes the money of its users with no plans on shipping out any clothing. On top of all this the company has no phone contact number, only live chat, and you get no help with live chat because there is never anyone there to chat...”

“Placed an order and some of the items didn't fit. I logged onto shein site to return the items and it said no orders where found under my account. Tried to contact company and no contact number. Tried live chat and got no where. I haven't been able to find out how to exchange or return my items. Will never order from this site again.”

“SKETCHY website. After ordering I rec’d email asking for screenshot of drivers license & credit card - or order will be cancelled. Improper grammar, unprofessionally done, no phone #. I REGRET having ordered at all. Will cancel the credit card I used to be safe.”

“Ordered a sweatshirt for a gift. It did take a while to get it, but luckily I had allowed the time. However, when I took out of the package I was so disappointed. First it was not, what I would consider, a sweatshirt, it was thinner, more like a t-shirt. Second I ordered an XL (she is usually a M) to accommodate for sizing differences and because I wanted it big. Well, the XL was more like an XS and looked like it belong to a pre-teen girl.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM. There is NO customer service number, just a robotic “live chat” that gets you nowhere. This place is a joke. You will not get the clothes you order or your money back.”

“I never received my order. their customer service is a joke. You will get no where with them. They marked my order as solved when it never was. So I'm just out $56, not one thing was done by the company to try to reconcile the issue.”

“Items ordered looked nothing like pictures. Also had parts of items missing. Not to mention the fabric is so cheap it broke while i was taking the plastic off”

“My order which was placed on 23rd is still under processing and they say its ready to pick up by USPS since 9 days now. I contacted their customer service 6 times to expedite my shipping as I m travelling within a week. All 6 times they agreed to do it and yet the package hasnt picked up by USPS. I m totally disappointed with their service. Please do something to get my package delivered.”

“Haven’t received my order yet and hoping it will arrive within the next 5-6 days, but no way of tracking or seeing history. I attempted to IM them several times and no response. Discover indicated that I was charged. Scary that they have no customer service numbe or email. First and last time ordering from Shein.”

“HUGE RISK OF IDENTITY FRAUD Shein and Romwe are both asking me to send photos of my government id passport and credit card, i called paypal and my credit card company they said this is very concerning that an online merchant is asking for such photos, even with id numbers blacked out. they called my on my landline which corresponds to my billing address, but still demanded that i send the photos. romwe gave me a refund on paypal because i refused, however shein has not given me a refund BEWARE you might not get your clothes or your refund”

“NOT TRUE TO SIZE. MATERIAL IS VERY POOR QUALITY FEELS PAPER THING, LIKE IT WON'T RESIST WASHING. THE MINUTE I OPENED MY BAG AND TOOK THE BLOUSE OF THE BAG I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ORDERED A LARGE BUT TRUE SIZE LOOKS LIKE A X-SMALL. BE VERY CARE-FULL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS SITE.”

“Extremely low quality materials and sewing, random sizes, baggy shapes. Dismal translations of their website to other languages (not GT - even this would do better job). Shady refund policy (I managed to return the stuff and got money back after I contacted Customer Service to ask for address and all). Their level and modus operandi is similar to Alibaba. Selling junk to greedy Westeners who care only about price. You may get accidentally 1 wearable item out of 20. If that's good enough for you, go for it.”
