Ordered 2 pairs of faux suede ankle boots. Delivery very quick and i am really pleased with them.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered a pair of boots one size bigger than my actual size, yet when the arrived they were tiny! These boots were also like plastic, definitely not leather, so I tried on one boot and it was tight so immediately went onto their website and started a return which they charged me £2.50 for. I printed off the return label and boxed up the boots and returned them the very next day. These boots were never worn inside or outside. It's now 9 days since I returned these boots and ive had to chase my refund which they aren't paying out! It clearly states on their website that they also pay return postage after they've received the item back, yet my return had tracking on it and I've contacted Hermes through web chat who told me that these boots were returned to the shoezone warehouse 3 days ago, but shoezone are fobbing me off with excuses. Firstly they asked for the account number, also the return tracking number, and also the reason I was returning these boots. I'd already written all the details in the first email I sent them when I asked why I hadn't received my refund, yet they ask for them again. So I reply again with all my details and now they say I must wait for 10 days after I returned them. It's already been 9 days since I returned them, yet another email from them states I must now wait until 9th February and contact them again if I haven't received my refund by then, but that takes me up to 21 days since I first returned them! The staff I've been dealing with in customer services are called Tom Brown and Sammy, who are both fobbing me off with lousy excuses and not refunding me. I've looked at reviews for this company on other sites and it seems many are having the same problems, either not refunded or shoes/boots falling apart, yet the boots I ordered were never worn, only one boot was tried on in my home and I started the refund process within one hour of Hermes delivering them. They're a bunch of liars and I'd avoid anyone from using these especially during this pandemic where you can only order them online. If you must buy from them, wait until their shops open then you can see what you're actually buying and return them if you need to, cause buying from these sharks online is a nightmare as they won't refund you and make any lame excuse. Also, their telephone number they have listed is deactivated and so is their webchat, both are disabled, so the only way to contact them is through email. This is obviously so they can fob you off and disregard you so they don't have to pay refunds. They're service is disgusting!! Absolutely appalling and I'd advise anyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY! They're horrendous! Go elsewhere, as they don't honour their word which they have on their website. It's all lies!! Also, what is worse, is they're using this pandemic to con people out of money and earn a fast profit from getting their stuff returned and not paying out refunds. As if customers aren't going through enough at this time!

Can only assume they sell cheaply as these are seconds. Faulty shoes, insisted return postage would be refunded but then tried to say there was no fault and wouldn’t return. Avoid

Cheap cheap cheap Plastic shoes Got as a gift and are 2 sizes too big No tags or receipt Trash......will go in the trash No idea why my senile sister in law would send somethkng like this

Purchased some Mens Black Leather Chelsea Boots mid August from Shoezone via Amazon and the left boot has failed after only 3 months of light/medium use. I do property maintenance and wanted a comfortable pair of Chelsea boots as i always remove my footwear when in customers houses so a lot easier than laces. I basically drive to the job, unload my tools and materials and get to work. I am not up to my ankles in mud on a building site. They take a short daily walk to the local shop to get the paper, probably had even less use than normal because of lockdown, being a former military man the boots have had the necessary coats of polish and care. After 3 months the left boot is now split on both sides where the toe cap crease is and the rubber sole has started to part company with the leather. This is not the first bad experience I have had with Shoezone products, had some trainers that went back after 2 weeks as the soles started to de~laminate. should have learned my lesson then. Best advise is to go elsewhere than waste your money here, my last pair of boots were Dunlop and lasted me 18 months doing the same job. My message to Shoezone - Please improve the quality of your products and branding!! Earth Works safety footwear!!! more like sat at a desk footwear. Update Shoezone want me to take them to a store when they re-open, I ordered online for a reason. (My nearest store is a 12 mile round trip + parking) or post the boots to them at my expense as they want to make sure its not wear and tear!!! and is a genuine fault (I wish they allowed you to post photos here, photos are on my Amazon review for this product) Hello - its only one boot that's failed and I am not a pirate harboring a wooden leg on my left side. I have worn these as a pair. If it was wear and tear then both boots would be suffering the same fate. Its quite obvious that these boots are not of merchantable quality or fit for their intended purpose.

brought my daughters school shoes online shoe lasted 3 weeks then split customer services told me to take them back to a shop i am high risk covid-19 so can not mix at the moment then they said post them back at my cost of posted there a joke never again buying cheaper shoes customer service is very poor like the product,

Bought a good pair of shoes, £35+ a couple of months ago. The insole went and below that there was a hole. Outside the rubber came away from the front. Bought another pair 2 weeks ago and inside a couple of days the indoor deteriorated revealing a foam lining that was disintegrating. Took that pair back with a receipt and the other pair. Assistant ‘accepted’ a refund on that pair but said the earlier one was ‘wear and tear’ and couldn’t accept it’. She said no one else had complained and her husband had a pair and they were fine!! She was very rude.

My right foot has a crooked toe which means l cannot wear almost every sandal.l found Shoe Zone by accident and purchased a lovely pair of flat T BAR sandals,they arrived 3 or 4 days after order which was excellent.The sandals fit wonderful and l have immediately ordered another pair..

I ordered a pair of shoes on Monday 5th Aug, paid extra for delivery to be on Wed 7th Aug, its now Fri 9th and still no shoes! Honestly whats the point in offering fast delivery or certain day delivery and not stick to it!

Pure ripoff! Payed €15 for shoes for my 4 year old. He only worn them 10 days and they were allready falling apart. For 5 euro more you can buy respectable brands you'll be much better of. No refund cause they found it simple wear and tear. Even the soles came loose after a couple of days, what a joke. They did no effort at all to make things up. Even €5 shoes from Pennies last much longer!

I have always found SZ and their personnel excellent. Now with covid19 I ordered a few items on line, stocked up for winter and a few summer items, also bought shoes for husband. Some items were suitable others not. Was going to wait to return items to shop, but finally decided to return via Hermes rebound. Tracked each parcel ( there were 5 returns) and each refund came through very promptly considering collection and delivery times. Cannot fault SZ and would always feel confident in shopping with them under normal circumstances, let alone now. EXCELLENT SERVICE all round.

Disgusting and poor quality. Purchased end of last year, worn less than a dozen times, both split. Sent pictures to Customer Service who said when stores open take them back for inspection and if they are faulty they will deal with it. They are obviously faulty. I do not live near a store and do not have receipt so don't hold out any hope of getting my money back. Will not shop there again.

Do not ever but from this company. I paid £10 for a pair of shoes for my daughter, she wore them to school for 1 day and they are ruined. Apparently shoe zone find this acceptable! Staff are incredibly rude! Please beware

I bought some trainers from Chesterfield shoe zones with in a two days my souls had dropped out of my trainers and I wore the second pair out side of my trainers where busted I'm not happy with the shop

Very poor customer service in Aberdeen shoezone this afternoon-Jackie had no manners whatsoever didnt acknowledge me as a customer was too busy talking to another member of staff no please no thank you nothing must say though a young lad did notice the lack of manners from Jackie and thanked me and wished me a nice afternoon wont be back in that shop sooon.

Trying to return the shoes I ordered , it’s impossible, no reachable customer service! These shoes are super uncomfortable, and yes I ordered a size larger as instructed. Customer survey, why are you asking how I communicated?? There is no customer service!!
