“In March 2021 I spend $200 on sneakers and shoes and was supposed to rec'd a $20 reward. It took Sketchers til May 27 to issue the reward. This weekend I went to use the $20 reward on a purchase and it wasn't there. Contacted the company C/S and they said the rewards is only for 60 days. All other companys give rewards and you have a 1 yr to use it. Why does Sketchers bother to give promo rewards if the company doesn't stand by their name. I feel 60 days is not long enough especially when you spend $200 to get the rewards. This short window is unacceptable, then give the reward at the time of purchase.”
“I bought my trainers on a Saturday 27th November 2021 (195204925263 ARCh FIT Baxter-YORE). I wore them on Monday for couple of hours.
When I tried them again on Tuesday, the back was defective. I took them to the Nottingham shop in the Victoria Centre to be replaced. A lone woman assistant was in the shop and seemed very well rehersed about the problem which must obviously be a common occurence. She told me the reason it was defective is that I might have shoved my foot into the shoe! She refused to replace them. £75 down the drain.”

The shoes were $80 bucks ...plus tax...I thought if it helps my legs and feet for a 12 hour overnight shift ..well worth the money right? I could not have been more wrong. I am so beyond disappointed!!! And the "arch fit insoles " come out .. so I thought I would try that. Wrong again. Absolutely no support at all. I've worn this brand for years!!. “Taking a moment to actually give kudos to my sketchers. Just returned from a 3 week trip to Italy. I am a 68 year old woman who traveled with people older than me, and as young as 28. Not only could my sketchers keep up.... I never had a single day where my feet were tired or sore. We walked an average of 10 miles a day (as you do travelling in Europe). The other 3 people complained at the end of the day(s) how tired their feet were. Not me. Pretty sure I could have done another 10 a day. I did actually take 2 identical pair with me, cuz I like them pearly white. These babies wash up like a gem. Easy care. Light as a feather. Excellent support. Just down right comfy. “The skechers arch fit good for arch but the fit of the shoe is loose I got a 8 and then I got a 7.5 they was good for a week and then they are to loose and can't get any smaller they won't fit at all then. They are not tight on your foot they the old ones with out arch fit was always tight.. these shoes fit like a sandals they are to loose.”
